Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The biggest issue was that there was no hot water for our entire five-day stay. The property manager admitted they were aware of the problem before we arrived but never informed us. Although the home has two water heaters, only one shower had hot water, forcing 11 guests to share a single shower for the duration of our stay. Despite notifying the property manager immediately, the issue was never repaired, and communication essentially stopped.The cleanliness of the home was also far below acceptable standards. We found dead bugs in two showers, mold in one bathtub, a broken toilet seat that appeared to have been glued back together, several non-functioning light fixtures, ants in one of the bedrooms, and animal feces floating in the pool. While someone attempted to clean the pool, it was still unacceptable.The kitchen was equally unsanitary. The refrigerator contained dried red liquid, and the microwave was filthy. The furniture and carpeting were dirty, and the home had a strong urine odor. We felt compelled to wash all of the bed linens and mattress toppers ourselves because they contained red, yellow, and brown stains.This property was not properly maintained or cleaned and should never have been rented in this condition.
