L'appartement de vacances Sunny Seaside Apartment est situé à Benalmádena Costa à quelques pas de la plage et entouré d'un jardin de 12 000 m² avec des plantes tropicales. L'appartement vacances de 50 m² se compose d'un salon, d'une cuisine très bien équipée, d'une chambre et d'une salle de bain et peut donc accueillir 5 personnes. Les équipements supplémentaires comprennent le Wi-Fi, la climatisation, un ventilateur ainsi qu'une machine à laver et la télévision par satellite.

Le point fort de cet hébergement est son espace extérieur privé avec une terrasse couverte et un balcon (accès depuis la chambre) avec vue sur la mer et les montagnes ainsi que l'espace extérieur partagé qui comprend une piscine, un jardin, du mobilier de jardin, une piscine pour enfants et une douche extérieure. Une piscine est disponible du 7 juin à fin août/début septembre. Demandez la disponibilité au propriétaire pour d'autres dates.

Piso genial con todo lo necesario, aire acondicionado, super limpio, ninguna pega. La zona muy buena para comer en chiringuitos o comprar en mercadona y cocinar en el apartamento. The apartment is maybe a little bit dated but was fantastic none the less. It is very spacious and has fantastic views of the beach, mountains and pools. The pools are amazing and are cleaned every day. Only thing lacking was loungers by the pool but there are a couple of lightweight loungers on the balcony that you can take down with you. Is right in the heart of shops, bars and restaurants but still very quiet in the apartment. There is a lot of traffic noise early in the morning but you dont hear it if the windows are closed. If you dont want to spend whole holiday on beach there is a flea market in Paloma Park on Wednesdays and a local market by Tivoli World on Fridays, both worth a visit! In short, fabulous apartment, well situated with all needs catered for and plenty to do on your doorstep. Would absolutely stay there again if was going back to Benalmadena. Thank you Paloma

Pros: We arrived to Malaga airport at 24:20 and used taxi to get to the house. In spite of our late arrival, we were met by Paloma and Jose at the entrance of the house. We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks and definitely enjoyed our stay, apartment is clean and comfortable, everything was good and all that you need was in the apartment. Owners are nice people who lived just close to the flat and can help quickly when you need anything. Apartment is in a good area, with excellent views to the see, with the swimming pool onsite, house is near to the beach, shops and restaurants, we had a relaxing time there. We would definitely stay again in this apartment.

Pros: we have just returned from two wonderful weeks staying at this apartment. it could not have been in a better location and the view was to die for. the grounds were spotless and maintained every day and the three pools were beautiful. the owner of the apartment was very nice and was on hand in the same complex if we needed anything. i would highly recommend this apartment and myself and my family will be returning next year:):):)

Pros: We were 5 young guys between 19-21 years old and we had a very nice vacation in Benalmadena. The apartment was fine, although a bit small. There is a great view to the beach and the nearby pool areal. It takes 1 minute to walk to the beach which is nice. It would be nice if people were allowed to play with a ball in the pool, and the rules for the pool were a bit too strict for young guys like us. The nightlife for young people in Benalmadena is very nice and there are clubs/bars/discos for every taste. The owners of the apartment are very nice, they even drove us from and to the airport without a fee - great service! Overall a really nice vacation in Benalmadena and defininately recommendable.

Pros: We rented an apartment from Paloma Romero in Maite 1, September 2016 .Paloma and her husband were there to meet us when we arrived. They are a very nice couple. They took us up to our apartment #602 showed us how everything worked, TV, aircon, washing machine etc. They provided us with a map of the area, a bus timetable etc. They also provided us with a bottle of water. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything you require to have a lovely holiday. The grounds and the pool area were very well maintained. We would have no hesitation in returning to this apartment. Thanks Paloma for helping us have a wonderful holiday. Oh and the weather was fantastic

I would recommend d this to anyone who is looking for a quiet holiday in a good location although the road outside was quite busy

Exceptional location near the beach with beautiful sea and garden view. The apartment was very clean

Pros: Exceptional location near the beach with beautiful sea and garden view. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. Many restaurants and shops are available in the neighbourhood including a mercado supermarket. A 15 min bus ride will take you to the center of Torremolinos. Benalmadena is a great vacation town with many attractions for all ages. Thank you Paloma.
