The Space:

The space is air conditioned, with a well-equipped kitchen including a full-size fridge/freezer and in-unit washer/dryer to maximize convenience and enable long stays.



For coffee lovers, a Nespresso machine and plunger are available with coffee to get you started. If culinary inspiration strikes, you'll find all you need, including super knives and cookware.

BEACH ACCESS

Secluded Saunder's Rocks Beach is a 15 min walk away (900m), with rocks for gazing across the ocean and a tidal pool. Nearby Clifton and Camps Bay offer amazing sandy beaches.



Guest Access:

Guests will have pedestrian access to the building via Kloof Street. The building is secured with biometric security, and the apartment is secured with an electronic smart lock.

RULES

Smoking is not allowed anywhere at this property. Guests contravening this rule will be fined R5,000 and be liable for any additional cleaning and repair costs incurred.



We reserve the right to immediately cancel reservations of guests breaking our house rules, including smoking, holding parties, overcrowding our property, or behaving disrespectfully towards our staff. In this case, guests will forfeit payment for unused nights.



ANIMALS

Some residents in the complex keep pets, however they will not have access to your space and you are very unlikely to encounter them during your stay.
