The pictures and description don't do this house justice. It was amazing! Charming, well equipped, and had THE most comfortable beds of any place we've stayed. Communication from the host was seamless and we were well prepared for check in and check out. 10/10 would stay again.

I have a very large family and we needed accommodations for my brother’s wedding. That said, the ideal space needed to accommodate several people, be spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable, and enable us to prepare lots of decorations and flower arrangements for the wedding. The Proctor Tudor provided that and more! Quyen was a pleasure to work with, very understanding and responsive. She even worked closely with me and VRBO to arrange a last minute stay extension. We absolutely loved the home and everyone enjoyed our stay. We look forward to booking again in the future! Thank you so much!

Loved our stay. The house is wonderful. It is very spacious and has wonderful attention to detail. It’s so comfortable. the property manager was great. She responds quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks so much, we will be back.

With 5 people flying in from the East Coast and one arriving from the West Coast, it was nice the house had easy access to freeways and SEA Int'l Airport. All 8 of us (originally 10, but two cancelled last minute) had plenty of room to lounge and prep for a wedding located in Lakewood, WA. The weather was perfect and the house is lovely, ...just like the online photos. When we initially arrived, I was a bit taken aback by the dead plants and weeds in the front garden, but the lawn is well-maintained and I figured Fall cleanup may yet happen. Extra linens were available in closets, hangars?... a total of 15 for 10 people? Bowls 2 and no basics like ziploc bags, coffee, sugar, etc. However, plenty of plates, enough glasses, paper towels, TP and leftover spices from other guest stays. We brought our baking needs, food items and coffee with us, so the BIG kitchen was quite adequate. A bit disappointed with some maintenance issues: garbage disposal, blinds, broken electrical wall plate, and vent hood cleanliness, but the hosts were quick to respond to the issues which made our overall stay delightful. In the end, we purchased inexpensive paper & ceramic bowls and hangars. Then..., left them for future guests. :D

We absolutely loved everything about this property, and our stay!! The character of this house was so much fun and the location was perfect. Three baby deer strolled by, the church bells were ringing and everything was just perfect! I would highly recommend this lovely place!

This home has lots of great spaces for large groups to hangout! Our group of 15 had plenty of space. If you are traveling in the summer, you should know that this home doesn’t have AC. There are lots of windows, but most of them don’t open and it would get super hot on the top floor where most of the bedrooms are. I’m sure it’s lovely in the fall/winter, but I would not stay here in the summer again.

We had an amazing time staying here! My family was able to visit together and still have enough space to work and study. The house is beautiful and the beds were AMAZING!! We will be back next year!!
