The property is incredibly large and lovely. Had a couple problems but VRBO was responsive to resolve. Very reasonably priced for the size of the place. Convenient to so much that the north shore has to offer. Was nice to be able to recharge our hybrid during our stay. We would recommend. Larry G.

Points forts : Arrivée
Points faibles : Propreté, communication
The cleanliness of this property was extremely disappointing. The place was not properly cleaned when we arrived, and the overall condition was unacceptable. On top of that, the bed was broken and uncomfortable, making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For the price we paid, we expected a clean, well-maintained, and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately, this property did not meet those basic expectations. I would not recommend staying here unless the cleanliness and broken furniture are addressed.

Terrible property for a family, likely excellent for a frat party. Front door handle was falling off, broken. We were told the part was on order, but could not use the front door during our stay. Old coffee was left in coffee maker, which was also broken and had to be replaced. Trash in the bear barrel was overflowing and no trash bags left.Road noise is meaningful, being on the main road makes for a loud day and night. The unit has no A/C, so not a great pick for summer, made worse by the fact some windows were broken and would not open. The downstairs by the garage smells like a combo of cigarettes and mold, we could not let our girls sleep down there. After asking for a partial refund for the experience we were offered 20 per night. So not only is this property a joke, so is the management company offering it.
