Une maison parfaite et les animaux de compagnie (chien) pour une famille se en tirer avec un maximum de 10 occupants. Le bas est un format ouvert avec cuisine, salle à manger et salles de séjour d'ouverture à l'autre. Les deux chambres en bas sont à l'arriÚre de la maison permettant espace calme pour les personnes qui aiment lire. La buanderie est également situé en bas. La cuisine a été mis à jour avec des équipements de cuisine de qualité, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Chaque niveau dispose d'une salle divisée, parfait pour les matins occupés.

L'Ă©tage est une autre chambre sĂ©parĂ©e, une salle de bains, et un confortable loft qui a deux lits jumeaux et un lit de jour avec des pop up gigogne pouvant accueillir 4. Jeux, des puzzles et des livres ont Ă©tĂ© sĂ©lectionnĂ©s pour le divertissement familial. Il ya quatre tĂ©lĂ©viseurs, une en bas dans le salon et une dans toutes les chambres, cĂąble prĂȘt.

TrÚs bien situé, à 10 minutes de Tahoe City et la plage du Roi, à 5 minutes du lac, 20 minutes à Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley et Northstar stations de ski, et à 15 minutes de la ligne d'état du Nevada.

The house was beautiful
very cozy and clean. Kitchen and laundry well stocked. Sonia was super responsive, helpful and very understanding. We had severe weather conditions and her flexibility made our stay even more wonderful. The fireplace kept the house very warm. We had wonderful days and are so grateful for having a White Christmas!

Peaceful

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the Perfect Home. It was clean, comfortable, plenty of room for everyone, and best of all, so peaceful. The home has everything you need to enjoy the most of your vacation. The indoor space and outdoor space offer so much room. The master bedroom upstairs is very spacious with an outdoor deck off of the master. The loft has 3 twin beds for our grandchildren and our adult children enjoyed the two bedrooms downstairs. Having two large bathrooms made accommodating everyone's needs due able. The host is very quick in returning text messages or emails. Will definitely look to book again.

Had such a lovely time at the cabin— Sonia was such a kind and responsive host, and went the extra mile to ready the house and communicate whether we could arrive early. Also loved the gas fireplace, which made the living room feel extra cozy. Thank you Sonia for a wonderful weekend!

Great cozy home base for skiing

We had a lovely weekend at Sonia’s home. The place is more spacious than we expected and we loved having a gas fireplace. Sonia was very communicative answering all my questions and requests. We hope to be back!

Great stay in Tahoe

Sonia’s place was great and Sonia was a wonderful host. The house had everything we needed to and enjoy a weekend together and was close to great skiing and lovely trails. Comfy beds and a really well stocked kitchen made it extra good. When we had issues with the heat, Sonia was able to solve the issue immediately and was a kind and responsive host. We would stay again!

Cozy cabin in a quiet neighborhood

Gorgeous property obviously well loved and cared for nestled in the trees on a quiet, out of the way street. Property was immaculately clean and contained any and all amenities one could want for a comfortable, safe stay. Host was very responsive to all inquiries and requests and is a great pleasure to chat with. Some narrow streets in the area so use care if you have a large vehicle, but we were in a full size pickup truck and had no issues, just required some caution.

A great experience

5 stars all the way. If I can rate a 6 stars, I definitely will do so. The cabin is clean and well equipped with all necessary amenities. It is convenient located, less than 10-minute drive to Kings Beach and Tahoe City. We had a short weekend getaway and we spent almost 6 hours on the road during peak hour on Friday night. The host, Sonia was so nice that let us check out late on Sunday, make our 6-hour drive worth. Thank you, Sonia.

Fantastic

Clean, well-equipped, and nicely stocked house in a quiet neighborhood with beach access within easy walking distance. The house was very spacious, beds were comfortable, and the owners keep the house stocked with useful items like foil, cleaning supplies, etc. Very nice deck upstairs and downstairs with a grill were perfect to enjoy relaxing after a day out.

Great home, great host

My friends and I were looking for a place to celebrate a milestone birthday. We wanted a place away from the crowds but not too far from the beach. Sonia was really helpful about providing info on local activities and restaurants. We actually ended up leaving a beach before noon because it got so crowded... the cabin was a lovely place to hang out and catch up with dear friends. The interior is beautifully decorated and equipped with anything you might need. We enjoyed the afternoon relaxing on the deck. A nice perk was no neighbors across the street, so the deck out front affords a view of trees instead of a house. Would definitely return!

Quiet Retreat

We just returned from a week-long stay and everything about the house was as represented. The house had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids. Everyone had a place to sleep with extra little spaces to get away to read, play games, or just relax. The front patio was a wonderful place to sit and listen to music, read a book, or visit while cooking up a meal. The property was very clean upon arrival and had all the little extras one might need during their stay. It was easy to cook meals in the kitchen with all the utensils and pots and pans. Our grandchildren enjoyed spending time up in the loft as their own little getaway. One of our evening rituals was to walk around the neighborhood. We even got to see a bear. Thank you for making our time in Tahoe that much more enjoyable.

Cozy But Spacious

Stayed a couple nights. Home exactly as advertised, and more. Any item you need for a pleasant stay is already there. VERY comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen more than well stocked with dishes, cutlery and cookware. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Owner easy to reach.

Great Stay!

We recently stayed for a long weekend. The house was great, roomy, comfy beds and very clean. I love a kitchen that is well stocked with pots/pans/silverware etc. I've been to places that didn't have can or wine openers, toasters, coffee machines and its really annoying but this kitchen really well stocked and has everything you could need! A keurig (and even some keurg cups avialble if you didn't bring your own!) It was a bonus they they had a lot of the basics too like salt/pepper etc. We had a question when we arrived and the owner respnded very fast. Would definityly go back!

Christmas

Loved the location up on the hill and the decore in the property. Added to the "we're at a cabin in the woods" feel we were looking for. Very clean and well taken care of. We had a great time and will keep this on our favorites list for the future. Sonia was great to work with and very reaponsive to questions. Couldn't have asked for a better host.

Awesome place for rest and rejuvenation

My family of 6 LOVED our stay in Sonia’s home! It was exactly what we needed to get reenergized and recharged. It was also about a 5 minute drive to the Lake which was perfect! The house is absolutely charming, extremely comfortable for our party of 6, although it can sleep up to 8 very comfortably. It was very clean, well decorated and a true cabin in every sense, both inside and outside. We loved the attention to detail, including the fall decorations, even though fall had only just started when we visited. The big windows allowed us to enjoy the views of the woods even while inside, and the decks upstairs and downstairs were perfect for enjoying a quiet coffee outdoors in the mornings. We had everything we needed, enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Thank you Sonia!
