Great house for a weekend getaway! We had 8 adults for a birthday weekend and the house was beyond perfect for what we needed. The bottom was a separate apartment that worked great for our adult teens to have some privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and we loved the deck and bbq. Beds we cozy, house was spacious, great location.

Location was great, it was pretty dusty the ceiling fans and walls had cob webs but we did fine. My husband and I were in the downstairs apartment which had its own entrance separate from house. One thing was strange most of the pictures were off the wall but hangers were in the wall. Maybe they were redecorating.

I'm sorry to say, our experience was not favorable. The house was dirty!. Carpets with stains in every room. Kitchen faucet was broken and dish rack in the dishwasher kept falling off the track. The body wash left in the shower was empty and the detergent for washing clothes was also empty. The dishwasher needed rinse aid but there wasn't any available. The hair dryer was just placed in a cabinet and the cord was not wrapped around it. There were no towels on the shelves in the bathroom as the picture of the place depicts. It felt like someone had used the place before us and there was no cleaning service in between guests!. The worst part, though, was the insulation that was in the heater vents. So if you used the heater or AC it would be blowing fiberglass into the house. Pictures are deceiving. Beware!

My family and I had a very enjoyable stay in this dog friendly home. It was very comfortable and well equipped. It was conveniently located to restaurants, stores and Donner Lake, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely come again.

Great family getaway

We stayed at this property with my infant, toddler, and parents. We were very impressed with the location and amenities. We were stuck indoors for 2 days due to smoke, but the house is so bright and spacious that we didn't go stir crazy. We would stay here again.

Perfect weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The house location was perfect for our Truckee river rafting adventure. It was well stocked, clean, shower was great, and the bed was very comfortable. Having the extra fans around the house was a big plus since it was quite hot during our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! House had everything we needed for meals at home, the house is very comfortably set up, and everything was easy to find and use in the house.

Perfect 2-bdrm for ski/snowboarding groups with additional bunk beds. Heated bathroom floors were a really nice touch.

Nice main bedroom, rest of the house was hard to keep warm. The stairs had not been shoveled in several days so there was a solid chunk of ice on every step that we had to deal with for them.

Amazing house

The architecture of this home is really unique and the surrounded by gorgeous trees in a convenient location. It was well equipped for cooking for our group in the kitchen and had lots of space. We will definitely go back.

Unique and Cozy! Great location!

We loved our stay! Such a unique layout and feels so large on the inside. It's also in such a great area, we loved walking through the neighbor hood and we also visited the nearby Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center, only a five minute drive away. We had everything we needed for our group of five. The property management was also very professional and made check in/out very easy. We'd love to stay here again.
