This beautifully-decorated getaway features a full kitchen and dining area, a living area warmed by a gas fireplace, and a furnished balcony with a gas grill, perfect for summertime cookouts! Head over to the Red Pines clubhouse to enjoy the two shared, outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, and seasonal tennis and volleyball courts.



What’s nearby:

Located within walking distance of the Canyons Cabriolet ski lift, you can take a scenic ride to the Canyons base village where you can then get on a high-speed chair lift that will you take you up the mountain. If you want to venture into downtown Park City, climb aboard the free, citywide shuttle to the Main Street Historic District, home of the Egyptian Theatre, restaurants and saloons, unique shops, and much more, all less than four miles from this condo.

Perfect Summer Getaway!

My family of 5 had an amazing stay at this clean, comfortable, and well appointed condo. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the property amenities were perfect for our kids. The A/C was a huge plus during the hot summer months! We will most definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for our family trip. There was plenty of space, everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked for us to be able to make meals at the property. Easy drive to park city and would recommend to anyone looking to stay close to Park City.

Perfect for family

It was nice, clean, good size for family of 5. Would probably also be good for 7-8 people depending on the ages. Washer and dryer were good and so was the neighborhood. Not far from a lot of Park City places and the Olympic Park was awesome and 2 miles away.

Great stay for our family

Love the location and fun things to do onsite. Door key code was broken. Someone came and fixed it but it only worked for 1 day and then it stopped working again. We were able to use the physical key in a lock box. Great place to stay.

Perfect Condo

The many beds and space did not feel like a 1 bedroom Condo. Super Comfortable and the Connect shuttle picked us up & dropped us off at front door every day we skied. The clubhouse was awesome. Sauna Jacuzzi Heated Pool!!

Place was nice and clean. Freshly renovated. However there was no coffee/tea, no propane for the grill, and no condiments for cooking. Also, the heat is hard to manage.

Please note that while the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals, food and other pantry items like condiments, coffee and tea are not typically stocked in the home. We encourage guests to plan ahead if they anticipate needing additional items during their stay. The propane tank has been filled up. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future!

Nice house good amenities

The house was great minus the buzzing in the locked closet all night and the nastiness of the uncleaned couch. But everything else was great. They have obviously read reviews and fixed all the things people complained about in previous ones so hopefully they continue and fix what buzzed all nights in the closet and get the couch cracks and behind it cleaned!

Perfect condo for families!

We were very happy with our stay at this location. We were a family of 6 visiting the area for a week and this condo was perfect. Lots of room for all of us, and the full kitchen and balcony were perfect for meals. We lost power our second day, however this was an unplanned outage by the city utilities. VACASA managers were very responsive to our inquiry about how long the power would be out. The BBQ was not fully working, a text was sent to the VACASA property managers and we had a new BBQ the next day. Very easy to communicate with and professional service. Only recommendation would be for the cleanliness of the pools and hot tubs to be better, however I do not think this is a responsibility of the property manager for this unit. Would definitely stay here again!

Be aware that even though we booked through Expedia, VRBO added an almost $100 "service fee" on top of the fee charged. The charges are made separately to your cc, indicating that it is just a pass-through to VRBO since Expedia is the middle man on this booking; maybe for this property better to book directly at vacasa or vrbo to avoid additional fees?

We were very pleased with the acommoodations. There was lots of room for everyone to spread out and the condo was very clean.We lost power for most of our second day, however this was due to an unplanned outage by the city utilities. We contacted the rental company and they were very responsive to finding out what was going on.Our outdoor BBQ was not fully working so we again contacted VACASA, and a new one was delivered the next day.Excellent location, quiet but minutes from everything.Our only suggestion would be that the pos and hot tubs be cleaned better as there is brown staining on both. This is not something that falls under the responsibilty of this condo owner however.Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to book again next year!

A most pleasant stay at an awesome condo!

What an incredible weekend we had in Park City staying at this condo. It was clean as a whistle and fully set up with everything our family needed, great linens, fully outfitted kitchen. We were close enough to the Canyons area cabriolet lift to walk (albeit it is a bit of a walk) but totally doable. The pool was so fun and so warm, awesome for a winter swim, it was VERY cold when we were visiting and our young children still had a marvelous time swimming. Checking in and out were as easy as could be. I can't think of anything more specific to share but I'll say that we are looking forward to coming back again in the future and plan to stay in this same condo! We loved it so much!!!

Amazing stay!

Can't wait to stay again. Nicely decorated, comfortable furniture, very well stocked kitchen, good location, very clean inside and outside. Only wish pillows were better and maintenance items were not stored in closets where children can access.

Great amenities!

This place was great! It’s location was good. The furnishing were nice and updated. We enjoyed the tennis courts and the pools. It was nice to have the two pools, never crowded like some places can get. The kiddy pool was great for our grandson. Thanks fjr a great experience!
