For a cinema-style experience, the ground-floor media room has a large projector screen and surround sound. Enjoy the ambience of the fireplace from the comfy leather couch.



An additional living area has a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, while the third-floor loft has two armchairs, a 40” TV, and a home office space.



KITCHEN & DINING



The well-appointed gourmet kitchen boasts a four-burner gas stove, wine fridge, double ovens, and Sub-Zero fridge.
