The Space:

Modern, bright, and well equipped, Eagle Crest Modern Escape has everything you and your family could need for a breezy escape! The first floor boasts jaw-dropping vaulted ceilings, pristine interior decor, and an open layout that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Snuggle up on the large sectional sofa and stream your favorite series on the flatscreen TV and enjoy a restful evening. If things get too cold, the gas fireplace and central air conditioning will take care of things in the blink of an eye. The dining area is made up of a six-person dining table, and right next to it is the fully-equipped kitchen. It may not be the biggest kitchen ever, but it will surely impress the chef of the group with its stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and utensils.



Meals and snacks can be enjoyed indoors, but nothing beats having your meals al fresco at the patio, which is equipped with a six-person outdoor dining area with an umbrella for convenience. Back inside, the first floor also offers a half bathroom, one bedroom with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and an ensuite full bathroom with a small laundry nook, double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.



On the second floor, you'll come across a loft area with a desk, perfect for working from home or distance learning, two bedrooms on each side of the floor, and a full bathroom. Guests will be granted access to a series of incredible, shared amenities including a hot tub, sauna, tennis court, basketball court, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, and a children's pool.

You'll be located right on the pond, which means you'll enjoy delightful water views from the home! Eagle Crest is home to three 18 hole golf courses, three sports centers, and miles of trails, which is perfect if you're an outdoor type of person! Make sure to visit downtown Redmond (nine and a half miles away) to try some of the delicious local cuisine, breweries, and coffees. Redmond also has plenty of convenience stores and grocery stores.

It's a nice place to stay. Two observations--one, I would have liked a writing with explanation on what to do upon surrendering the premises (maybe it was there and I just missed it) and, two, the shower heads are a bit leaky. Other than that, what's not to like?

Comfy

This was a great place to stay. Loved spending the weekend here with my family. It’s was big and comfy we didn’t feel like we were in tight spaces. The back patio is where we spent most of our time, listening to the creek. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our family get away.

Quiet and Clean

This place was clean and comfortable. It’s tucked out of the way in a quiet area. We loved taking walks along the walking path and enjoyed the activities we could go and do at the clubhouse.

Vacasa property management was terrible. Was basically a call center in India that puts you on hold, has poor communication skills and then does nothing to help. Once we were in contact with a local person they were great. Property and neighborhood were great.

Stay at Eagle Crest

The stay at this condo was perfect. The place was spacious, beautiful scenery from the patio and stocked with all needed items. Accessing the property was a breeze. We had one little issue with the electricity and Vacasa had it taken care of within an hour. I’d love to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

Great location for young families

We had very nice stay. The condo is bright and clean. The floor plan offers plenty of space for 2 families with young kids. Located a short walk to the splash pad and outdoor pool, our kids rode their bikes to and from each day along the bike path. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. Lots of kids supplies such as plates, cups, toys, pack and play. We would for sure stay again!

We had a good time

Beautiful home with effective air conditioning even on second floor. We did waste packing room because the photos and write up did not mentions a gas BBQ. We took our own…We also couldn’t access the front porch storage and had to take our bikes in whenever we left. House was clean and well furnished. We had a great week.

Never booking Vacasa Property through VRBO again!

I booked this property (Vacasa) through VRBO and I will never do that again! My messages were never answered via the VRBO site. The property was nice, not as clean as we were used to when staying in the area at other properties. The queen bed in the master is smaller than many of the other properties in the area. Received a text asking if the property was clean when we arrived, we sent some pictures of what we saw, they offered to send someone out to clean and I appreciated the offer. Overall our stay was nice, but next time if I need to book a Vacasa property I will do it through their site and not VRBO.

The Vicasa Housecleaner was still there at 4:20 pm when I was supposed to get into the property at 4 pm. after waiting awhile waiting for them to leave, it became 4:20 pm and I decided to go in and ask how long it will be . The cleaner said they will be done by 5-5:30. This was UNNACCEPTABLE, as i had to shower and get to a pre-wedding dinner. So, I had to take possession of a Dirty Condo - will cheese on the kitchen floor, unvaccumed and uncle everything except the bedrooms upstairs were done - beds made and vacuumed. I called Vicasa to report this 2 times, as no one ever called me back. I feel I should have at lease been credited the first night stay, but no one called me back. I now understand I needed to report the situation here on VRBO, It was a lovely Condo, and would have LOVED it if the owner's cleaning/property manager's co would have done their job - not the fault of the owner, except for the fact they hired Vicasa, who clearly could not turn the property over clean and on time. Was Frustrating.

Beautiful, clean and welcoming!

We’re a family of 7(kids ages 7-9months) and boy, what a wonderful place to stay with kids! There was toys, games, and the bunk beds were a hit. The place felt homey and SO clean! Definitely coming back.
