Overall great property for layout and location. My only suggestion is to address some deferred maintenance (the carpet is very old, the sliding door sticks, the walls could use fresh paint), but given it’s dog friendly, some of that makes sense. Would stay here again!

This little house was perfect for our needs! Close proximity to Hatfield Marine center, cozy and super comfortable beds!! We enjoyed our stay immensely! The house is older but has so much charm and is super cozy, well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen too! Thank you!

This house has a decent location but it is very run down and needs a good clean and maintenance work done. The beds, towels and linens were fine but that was about all. The kitchen is a mess. The cabinets are dirty on the outside and and the pots and pans had mismatched lids and old scratched Teflon. The porch had not been swept and had a broken slate and a broken bench. The carpet is dirty and stained. I was very disappointed.

Not impressed at all with the check-in process. This should not be so difficult. I had to call the host corporation 3 times to figure out how to get in. They said they'd send me a code to get in one hour before check-in time; never happened. The home itself was decent, and we could not smell that dogs had been in it, which was a bonus for a pet-friendly home. Overall, it met our expectations for a stay, but the host corporation was not the smoothest to work with. They answered my messages until I really needed them to answer.

For the door code.. yes it really is a 10 digit code and you kind of can't pause when you are entering it in to the keypad on the door, but once we figured that out (didn't take long) it was perfect! Cute space, super quiet, views of the ocean from the deck and the living room windows. Great storage for bikes and surfboards in the carport. Very private property. Would stay there again!
