Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, hosting a movie marathon on the large TV, or enjoying brunch on the deck. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with ample cupboard room, capable appliances, and a breakfast bar. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure everyone receives a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures.



Aside from the beach, don't miss out on all the attractions the area has to offer. Go sightseeing, fishing, charter a boat or go dolphin watching, hike some trails, and visit the local breweries, wineries, and museums. There are also lots of local shops and boutiques, and don't miss out on all the wonderful local eateries close by in Harbor Town. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Please note E-bikes are not allowed.





Please also note that Harbourtown golf course will be closed from May 10th through mid November for maintenance.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.



Things to Know:



There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee per pet if you plan to bring a pet. Please let us know how many pets will be accompanying you so we can update your reservation accordingly.



A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. No cats are permitted. But you may ask us to see if owners will allow.
