Bienvenue au 22 Beach Arbor Villas, une maison de ville de 2 chambres et 3 salles de bains acceptant les chiens, située dans le quartier très prisé de South Forest Beach, sur l’île de Hilton Head. Laissez votre voiture au garage pour le week-end et rendez-vous facilement à pied partout où vous le souhaitez ! La maison de ville se trouve à quelques pas de la plage, de Celebration Park, de Coligny Plaza, du Bank Beer Garden, de Sea Pines et bien plus encore.

Elle peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes, ce qui en fait un lieu idéal pour les familles et les amis (sans oublier votre chien !) souhaitant s'évader à la plage en toute occasion. Les deux chambres ont été rénovées et équipées de matelas et de lits neufs.

La cuisine bien équipée vous offre tout le confort de votre foyer. Ne vous inquiétez pas pour la lessive : un ensemble lave-linge/sèche-linge est à votre disposition dans le logement pour plus de commodité.

Le complexe dispose également d’une piscine privée adaptée aux familles, située juste au bout du chemin depuis la porte d’entrée.

Le parking est idéalement situé à quelques pas de la porte d’entrée de l’appartement. 2 places sont disponibles.

Veuillez noter les points suivants :
- Nous autorisons UN seul chien à la fois dans l’appartement. Si vous souhaitez venir avec plusieurs chiens, veuillez nous contacter avant de réserver afin d’en discuter
- Des frais supplémentaires s’appliquent $125 si vous venez avec votre chien. La présence de chiens DOIT être signalée lors de votre réservation, au cours du processus de réservation

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at RJ & Kathy's place. They had great communication and made sure we had everything we needed for our family getaway. The space was clean, had the necessary supplies including a fully stocked kitchen, was cozy, and is in a great location. We would love to stay there again and would definitely recommend. 10/10!

Condo was amazing and had what we needed. Communication and check in process was excellent. I wish the condo had a grill and there was limited storage for food we brought. Walk to the beach was easy. The beach cart made this walk extremely helpful. I would recommend this place for others.

The host is superb, excellent communication and A responsive. The location is superb-9 minute walk to the beach and a 4 minute walk to the most creative playground and interactive children's museum. Wonderful neighborhood with walking paths and a great breakfast restaurant with outdoor seating nearby. The accommodations are comfortable with a fantastic washer/dryer. Thank you Kathy!!

We traveled to Hilton Head as a family with the grandparents for a 4 night stay. We had a great time. We were able to park right next to the front door, and kept our bikes in the rack at the back of the small parking lot. We printed our own parking passes, but there were ones available in the instructions book, if you did not bring your own.The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and everything we needed to make breakfast at home before heading out for the day. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, and everything was in good working order.There are a ton of restaurants and shops near by that we were able to easily ride bikes to. There was live music and events in the park next to the complex that we joined in on. The community pool was just around the corner of the building behind the back porch.I would definitely recommend staying here. The hosts made it a pleasant and easy stay.

The property was great overall. It was very well stocked, with towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, etc. The bedrooms were good sized, and it was great that each had their own bathroom (plus a full bath on the first floor). The location was great, just a few minute walk to the Lowcountry Celebration Park and 10 min or so walk to the beach. The hosts were communicative, and check-in was super easy. Great stay overall.

Nice Getaway

Stayed here for three nights and greatly enjoyed our stay. Wonderful location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Pet friendly and more than enough room for the three of us. Would recommend and stay here again for sure!

Great stay at a great condo

My wife and I and our dog had a wonderful stay. The condo was just as advertised - clean, well stocked, and nicely furnished. Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to HHI

We first visited Hilton Head Island in 2018 and it immediately became our "happy place". It took only one visit during the off season for us to fall in love with HHI and make us want to buy a place here someday. Buying a property on HHI is a dream come true and we are excited to be part of the adventure where others get to explore the wonderful area. We hope you enjoy HHI as much as we do.

We chose this property as we have always loved the South Forest Beach area. We find that it provides the optimal vacation where you can easily walk to everything you want and don't need to move your car if you don't want to.

We knew this was our place when we realized it was across the street from the hotel we first stayed when we visited HHI. It felt like everything came full circle and stayed true to the location that made us first fall in love with HHI. We hope you enjoy walking and exploring as much as we do!
