In the very back of a long cul de sac, the house has a great floor plan with a balcony off each bedroom. Perfect for a family vacation. We hope to sign up for this home again!

Nice home
This house was roomy and is at the end of a cul de sac in a nice neighborhood. Neighbors in this community were very friendly, waving or talking to us on our daily walks. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. Our family enjoyed our stay.

The house was very comfortable and well appointed with everything you might want. Nice quiet location and close to bike/walking paths and easy ride/drive to both beaches and restaurants at Harbor Town. We had a very relaxing time and would definitely come back.

Wonderful stay
The property was clean when we arrived. It had enough room for the six of us. The kitchen had everything you needed. It’s close to the main gate so to get out of the neighborhood was very easy and quick. We would stay here again for sure.

The house was overall excellent. The bedrooms were great with individual bathrooms in each room. The den/living room was spacious and bright. Kitchen well stocked. The family made very special memories, and we all had a great time! Highly recommend this home.

Absolutely Perfect
We have traveled to HHI for over 20 years and lived in Bluffton for a little while. We love Sea Pines and Coligny so this was the perfect location for us to spend time as a family with our 3 grown boys. Plenty of room for everyone without being on top of each other. Thanks for providing this amazing home away from home for us!

Sea Pines Treasure
Property is a great location for access to the island. Beach trips are a short drive, dining and grocery are easy, and Harbour town is 10minutes away. Sits right on a golf course for evening walks. House itself is great! Has almost all the amenities you could want or need (including a waffle maker!). The bedrooms are perfect for couples or families.

Great home
This home provided a wonderful accommodation for our family. The home was clean and had everything plus what we needed. The only drawback was the next door (34 Isles of Pine) neighbor, she really went spastic when one of our family members had her car parked inches in the cul de sac driveway. Very inappropriate!!!!’

House was clean and cozy. Nice back deck. Grill worked well. Internet was good. Tv system was very difficult to use. Very quiet street/private area on cul de sac. Kitchen is well appointed. Beds and linens are great.

Nice Home Great Location
The house was in very good condition. Beds were comfortable. Love that there were two King size beds. Some aspects of the home were a bit dated, but not in bad condition. Close to the beach and the rental comes with a beach parking pass, very nice. Walking distance to some restaurants and ice cream. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac with a golf course behind. Nice for walking our dog. Neighbors were friendly. Overall very nice vacation.

Great property with plenty of room to spread out. Our only concern was the upstairs was hard to cool down - the uncovered skylights contribute a lot of heat to that upstairs during the day.Communication using both the VRBO app and the Vacasa app needs to be improved. I feel it would be better if I wasn't talking to a different person every single time I messaged using the app. It took many many messages to manage one small thing. And texting came from many different numbers once we checked in, as well as emails. I struggled to keep up with all of that while trying to be on vacation with my family.

I highly recommend this house for your next vacation. The house is very spacious and more than comfortable for my family of 5. My kids actually slept! The rooms upstairs have 2 new air conditioning units that allow each room to have separate temperature control. The home is modern, clean, and well kept! The home included everything we needed for our trip. We have a baby and everything we needed for him was included. The house is located in a quiet, private neighborhood. Conveniently located to access shopping and restaurants outside of Sea Pines but also all the amenities that Sea Pines Resort has to offer. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay!
We have stayed in many rental properties over our 20+ vacation years in Hilton Head. This was by far the cleanest home. Big bonus points for zero Palmetto bugs! Key code entry makes for a streamlined entrance/exit. Something to know before you go … even though the house is on Sea Pines, Sea Pines is now limiting parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club; no third-party rentals permitted to park there. You will need to take the trolley. Not a deal breaker but it would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have been prepared. Overall, great house with plenty of room, lots of little extras, excellent internet access, and well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed our stay immensely! We’ll rent there again!

Quiet location close to public beach
This property was as described except the fireplace is not actually a working fireplace. It’s at the end of a road and was very quiet. It felt very private sitting out back. It was a 5 mile drive to Coligny beach that has free parking. From the house you can bike or walk on the road almost 10 miles without crossing a major road. The walking trail is easy to find also. We found the place very clean. The kitchen had every dish and utensil you can imagine and plenty of cleaning supplies. The washer and dryer was handy and included a large folding table. Tons of room in the master bedroom for clothing storage. The bed was comfortable. Each bedroom has a small private porch. Check in and out was a breeze. To use the TV you will need your own streaming service. There are no local channels. Fort Pulaski was a worthy adventure if you like old forts.

32 Sea Pines
This is a two story home with one A/C system on 1st floor. 2nd floor was 10 degrees warmer than 1st floor. A/C ran all the time. Used box fans found in the house to blow cool air upstairs, which did help some. House suffers lack of upkeep, needs basic maintenance, and upgrades. Cleaning crew did terrible job, kitchen counters not done, and floor was filthy dirty. It blackened our bare feet in about an hour. Towel bars in master bath were off wall, found them in vanity draw. Bedroom door ripped from top hinge, wouldn’t close. My son had to stomp cockroach looking bugs running across second floor bedroom. I stomped a small bug in master bathroom. I visited local Vacasa office and asked them to exterminate and clean the floors, they told me it would get done. It never got done, they lied to me. A neighbor told me home owner is an absentee landlord, rarely visits. Renter beware.
