Thank you for your detailed review of 6 Pine Court. I’m sorry the home didn’t meet your expectations. While the property does have eight beds, I appreciate your note that the layout is better suited to four adults and four children — we will clarify the sleeping configuration in the listing. I also apologize the cleaning and preparation fell short; I will review this with our housekeeping team to ensure more thorough turnover. Our maintenance team will inspect and address the refrigerator, the bathroom door hinge, and the living room TV remote, and we’ll evaluate the seating for comfort. Regarding housekeeping, our teams may arrive in the area prior to the 10:00 a.m. checkout as they prepare for their day's schedule, but guests are absolutely welcome to remain in the property until the designated checkout time.
