In 8 min walk is located a big park with playground for children.

The apartment is suitable for 4 people- perfect for families of group of friends! It consists of a living room with single sofa bed, two bedrooms with double sofa beds, kitchenette and bathroom with shower and washing machine. There are 3 flat screen TV sets available - one in the living room (only Netflix), one in the first bedroom (only Netflix) and one in the second bedroom near the kitchen (Netflix + decoder). Kitchen is equipped with such amenities as an oven, a dishwasher and an iduction hob. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with an air conditioning. Wi-fi connection is available in all rooms.
