Please note, one day a month - our landscaper will be entering the property during daytime hours to trim/clean/maintain garden/yard areas. This usually occurs mid-month on a weekend day but can change without notice. We take bugs seriously… but it is a tropical island! We have active pest control team that comes through the outdoor spaces monthly. If you notice any pest activity inside your unit, please let us know so we can arrange a spot treatment as soon as possible! Please note that this is an unique space that was converted from a garage.
