First of all the picture of the room looked better than it really was. The final price wasn’t correct, they add a resort fee. But luckily that was waved because the entire A/C in the building was out the entire time. The front desk said it will be out for days. There was no hot water when we took our first shower. There was no soap or shampoo in the shower. We had to ask for some and got it. The area is noisy at night with many party people outside till 2 in the morning. Only 1 elevator was working making it slow to the 10 Floor. If you are ok with an inexpensive room with lacking amenities. It could work for you. The best part was it’s location. Your off the Main Street but still has plenty of places to eat and see,,Rick from Maui

Parking easy, nice valets. Pool and lobby were filthy. Elevators not working. Beware! You do not want to stay in these rooms - looks like they are from the early '70 and have never been repaired. Don't work: outlets, lamp, phone, tv. Almost nothing is in the room for a normal hotel - there aren't glasses, hangers, or kitchen items. Everything, including ice, must be requested from the front desk. Air con ineffective. No microwave. You really can't cook and there's no table to sit at anyway. Beware: you will be surprised that you have to pay a resort fee at check-in for the the meager coffee, water in the dirty lobby and to use the filthy, tiny pool that doesn't get sunlight. To top it off, the view on the left side of the building is of several wrecked, abandoned buildings, not the Waikiki views you expect. Their entire listing is absolutely false advertising. Check out other reviews elsewhere. You've been warned from ruining your holiday. Ever seen the show Hotel Nightmare? This is place would rank very high.

No air conditioning, and if they say they fixing it, they are not. Very small. Owen only one plate working, nothing to cook with . One elevator, so you going to have to wait . Not going back.
