This dog-friendly cottage includes street parking, a shared pool, and a location near Duval Street.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood about a mile from Higgs Beach Dog Park and a little under a mile to Mallory Square, you'll be able to get out and about with ease. With fresh seafood restaurants and dining spots right around the corner on Duval Street, you won't have to go too far to dive into it all. Take some time to wander through the unique shops to find that perfect prize to remember your trip. Do some stand-up paddleboarding or snorkeling while you're here.

Spend a relaxing afternoon by the shared pool. Connect to the free WiFi to book a reservation at a restaurant or cook a dish on the gas grill or convenient kitchen. Catch up with your favorite cable show in the central A/C while the private washer/dryer makes sure the laundry gets done. Chill out on the patio and slip into vacation mode. Two Dogs are welcome.

Whether you're taking in everything the beach scene has to offer, kicking back by the shared pool, or playing with your pups at the dog park, this Florida home makes it easy to let the stress melt away!

I knew the location I wanted and the rental property looked good on line. The condo was exactly what I expected which made this another Great Vacation in Key West.

Great location

The private courtyard makes you feel secluded while being 1/2 block away from everything. You are within walking distance to most everything. There is no parking available so don’t plan on renting a car. The extra 1/2 bath downstairs was a bonus and the upstairs bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the sleeper sofa. It is old, broken and uncomfortable. I reported it to Vacasa so hopefully will be replaced soon.

Winter vacation in Key West

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Paradise Suite is in a very pretty courtyard with tables, a BBQ and small plunge pool. The location is very central, off Duval St but very quiet and secluded. The suite is very roomy and comfortable. My only negative comment is that the kitchen could be better equipped, e.g. no can opener. Also when we checked in we were not told that there was a swimming pool that we had access to next door and needs a key to get into. The only reason we knew about it was that we had stayed in the courtyard before in another unit so had to ask for a key.

Thank you for your comments. We are happy that you enjoyed the location and its amenities. For your next stay we have many things to outfit the kitchen right next door in the housekeeping and maintenance office just a phone call away. Key West Vacation Rentals does have 2 shared pools for our guests that do not have a pool onsite. The Villas have a pool onsite but we are happy to allow access to our shared pools on request.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Paradise Suite was everything we expected. The interior was clean, spacious enough to accommodate my husband and I for a month. It even had a sleep couch for overnight visitors. The second floor main bedroom and bath was nice, especially for privacy from the other guests. The shower stall is generously proportioned and enough hot water for over 4 showers at a time. The kitchen is well equipped. We cooked several meals using the oven as well as the outdoor grill. It was nice to have laundry facilities on site. The garden area is beautiful and well maintained. Such a cosy retreat right in Old Town. Loved the dip pool! We walked everywhere so once we found a parking spot for our car, we just left it there. Parking is a challenge but we were able to find a space on our street each time we had to go out. We used housekeeping services half way through our stay. They did a wonderful job! Loved the whole experience and would recommend it.
