We welcome you to The Lodge on Walnut Ridge, a spacious luxurious cabin in Walnut Mountain where you will wake up to sunrise over the Blue Ridge Mountains and end your day with breathtaking sunset views from one of the three-decks. Our mountain cabin offers a hassle-free drive up on fully-paved roads with a gradual incline.

The most SPECIAL thing about The Lodge on Walnut Ridge - it is our family’s home and we want to share it with you. It is not a corporate property and we are local owners who want you to enjoy all that we treasure about this property. As our guests, we want you to feel as if it is your own treasure—because to us, it truly is! Since we love our home so much and frequently gather there with family and friends, we offer limited rental access throughout the year.

Our spacious luxury home in Walnut Mountain sleeps 10 and offers mountain views from all three scenic decks and a beautifully designed layout perfect for relaxing and reconnecting. The great room is warm, open, and inviting with a stunning tongue-and-groove wooden ceiling, creating a true mountain-lodge feel. Relax on the oversized, ultra-comfortable couch, surrounded by natural light and endless views. Cozy up to a great book while enjoying a crackling fire. Get the entire family away from their devices and play one of the many family friendly games. Take in the glorious views from the screened in deck or the open deck just off the great room level.

2 1/2 Fully-stocked Bathrooms

We’ve taken the stress out of packing so you can truly relax:
• Fresh, plush towels
• Hair dryers
• Toothbrushes & toothpaste (in case you forgot your own)
• Body wash, shampoo & conditioner
All you need to do is throw some clothes and shoes into a bag and head on over. We’ve taken care of the rest.

Our Basement Level is currently unfinished, but you may enjoy a game of billiards down there or sit on the covered deck listening to the sounds of nature.

Outdoor Living – Three Incredible Decks and a wrap around porch
• Screened-in deck – peaceful and relaxing and perfect for your morning coffee or a glass of wine. Be on the look-out for deer, as they are frequent visitors
• Open-air deck – ideal for soaking in full panoramic views, enjoy the gas fire pit, Blackstone grill, and outdoor dining space overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains
• Covered deck – downstairs, just off the basement level downstairs with views that get you closer to nature
• Front porch – great place to relax on one of four rocking chairs and soak in the colorful garden
