Welcome to Hideaway Haven!

Spend your days swimming from the dock, kayaking through a quiet cove, fishing with the kids, or floating in the sun. In the evening, gather around the fire pit for s'mores, challenge each other to cornhole, or play games in the three-season room overlooking the lake. Hideaway Haven has been our family's gathering place for years, and we've stocked it with the things we love most about lake vacations.
Enjoy deep-water lakefront living in a gated community on Lake Anna's public side. Located in a coveted no-wake zone, you can swim, fish, and float safely without the worry of heavy boat traffic. Kids love the lower-level bunk room, complete with two twin-over-full bunks. Combined with the four beds in the three upstairs bedrooms, this home offers plenty of space for larger groups and multi-family getaways.

Private Waterfront: Multiple docks with a 6–7 ft water depth—perfect for swimming, jumping, and floating in our quiet, no-wake cove.
Boat Ready: Easily tie up your watercraft! Our docks are equipped with cleats, and boat bumpers/fenders are provided in the waterfront storage shed. Rent a boat via Boato using our exclusive guest discount code (HH01)!
Included Toys: 2 single kayaks, 1 canoe, life jackets (stored in the shed), inflatable toys, and pool noodles.
Lakeside Living: Fire pit, picnic tables, horseshoe pits, and cornhole for evening tournaments.

Great service and easy to work with management. Home is right on lake Anna. Beautiful location on a quiet cove. Very friendly staff to work with and easy check in/check out. Rental included a ton of basic start up items (toilet paper, trash bags, etc.). Home is nice layout. Part of it have been updated and are really nice. Other areas (dock for example) are older and slightly run down. Overall a great value and we had a great weekend.

Great house for our group of 8 on a mini family vacation! Awesome location and super clean. The house had lots of complimentary items for all ages, which was really nice. Overall, a great stay and we will be back!

This was our second time staying at this property because we liked it so much the first time. Still a great house layout and amenities for families, but starting to get run down. I sent management a list of things that need to be worked on. The most concerning were rotting planks in deck and exposed rusty nails at dock shed door. Two days after I first reported the rotting planks, someone from management came out to look at the planks and take measurements for replacements. The place just needs some upkeep and it’ll be a great place to stay.

The house was nice,big modern etc.. Only thing about it was the cleanliness the bedsheets, pillows smelled old, used and as if they hadn’t been washed in months. The kitchen sink was dirty. The bathroom had dirt stains on the tub. Overall the house was okay could’ve been nicer, if it wasn’t for the smell of the sheets and the bathrooms. Nice views gated community. It’s very family friendly lots of space and tons of activities, games to do!

Property managed by Vacasa and we couldn’t get in for 2 hours late at night!Followed instructions for the key and no key existed. Contacted Vacasa and they told us instructions for backup key but code did not open device.They said we would receive a call from the local team, but we had to call back after an hour.They said a locksmith would show up in 20 minutes, which was not accurate.We got in 2 hours after arriving and the keys were in the house.No compensation for our troubles!

The house is perfect for a large family or several families with kids. The open kitchen, living room, dining room was plenty of space for everyone to be together. The dock is in need of repair and there was caution tape by a section that had fallen in. The photos indicated there was fishing gear and we couldn’t find any and the communication with the host company was challenging. There was a bad storm when we arrived so email was down but we didn’t receive check in specifics until we had asked for them. Overall a really great stay, and we will love Lake Anna!
