With both the main house and the attached guest house, you can sleep up to 18 people in 6 bedrooms and futons! This is the perfect spot for a large family get-together, whether it’s for graduation or other special occasion.

If you are traveling to Columbus or Fort Moore with a large group, this is the place for you! Total of 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that allow you to gather the whole family together! We hope to host you!



The Space:

Our Pool is OPEN and ready to be enjoyed!



The main house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor, there are two living spaces and one has two full-size futons, a fully equipped kitchen, a full-sized washer and dryer, a formal dining room, three bedrooms (one with a king, two with a queen), and a full bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one with two full beds and one with two twin beds) and another full bathroom. All linens and toiletries are included.

The cottage is accessed on the side of the main home. It houses a bedroom, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a kitchenette, a breakfast nook, and a full bathroom. Perfect for another couple or part of the family to have a bit of privacy! Great backyard with a pool, patio, and a grill! Plenty of parking!

The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code 24 hours prior to your arrival. You will have access to the full house and backyard. There are no other tenants or guests on the property.

The Neighborhood:

Located in midtown on a large corner lot with giant mature trees. You are less than 3 miles from St. Francis Hosptial and downtown Columbus. A stones throw away from everything else you might need including grocery and restaurants!



Getting Around:

We recommend driving but Uber and Lyft are available in the area as well.

Our team has over 8 years of experience hosting guests in this market. Due to a recent transition in management, we had to create new listing profiles, which means our previous reviews didn’t transfer—but our systems, service, and standards absolutely did.

NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.



If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.



We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.



Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
