Property was well maintained. Host was responsive to a few items that we needed. Hot tub was a welcome addition to our stay. Serene & peaceful location.

Santa Fe trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Husband and I are retired. We enjoy road trips. Picked this spot for privacy and the hot tub.The place was cozy,clean and the bed was comfortable. There were no instructions for the use of fire place but google worked fine 😀. We light before sunrise, so it was dark outside. Do hope the owner ensures some motion lights outside over the driveway for safety. We enjoyed our stay. We recommend a visit.

Points forts : Arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce.
The property was okay. The bed was comfortable. We stayed for four nights and only four towels were left out for us. Usually that would be fine, but with a hot tub it was just not enough. We did find a storage cabinet with extra towels, but we had to do some extra exploring. Our dogs were comfortable at the house, and the walks in the neighborhood were very pretty. The hot tub was very cloudy and had a lot of debris in it, the chlorine smell was pretty overwhelming. The location was good, outside of the city and very peaceful, it was easy to get to downtown from the home. We have stayed and many rental properties and this one could use some more amenities for guests. We could not find extra blankets, no clear instructions on the property. We could not get the fireplace to work either which would have been nice on the chilly nights. Overall it was okay, with room for improvement.

I was very concerned about snakes(we were traveling with our dog) the host reassured us a couple of times about activitie in the aeria. They were understanding about me reaching out. Everything went fine and did NOT see any snakes. Parking was great, place was nice, everything was awesome.
