Perfect for two, this artistic retreat features a king bed, dedicated workspace, and Southwest style. Walk to top galleries, museums, and restaurants. Your ideal base for exploring the heart of the city. The space is filled with energy, featuring a bold mural and a large bank of windows overlooking Santa Fe City Hall.

Walk outside into the heart of Santa Fe surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries, historic churches, museums and more. On Marcy Street you will find some of Santa Fe's best retail stores and restaurants. Tres Colores (Mexican) is on the ground floor of the building on the block are award-winning restaurants La Boca and Horno. Grab cocktails and appetizers at the beautiful Los Poblanos Bar North half a block away. These are just a FEW of the MANY restaurants in the area.

This location is as good as it gets for getting around the historic downtown. You can walk everywhere. If you don't want to walk and are without a car Uber/Lyft or the Santa Fe City Transit bus are also options.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire apartment.

ENTRY: Enjoy the convenience and security of self check-in via a keypad.
LOCATION: The unit is located on the 2nd floor of a commercial building one block from the historic plaza.
ACCESSIBILITY: The apartment is easily accessible via an elevator.
PARKING: Parking is in the covered City of Santa Fe Convention Center half a block away.

We offer an easy self-check-in process to give you flexibility on arrival. While we respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, we are readily available via phone or message if you need any assistance, recommendations, or have any questions.

Downtown Noise: Please note that due to the apartment's prime location in the heart of downtown, you may experience some street activity and noise, particularly in the evenings, depending on the day of the week and time of year.

HOUSE RULES:

*Max Occupancy: Two (2) persons as per City of Santa Fe Ordinance.
*NO PARTIES allowed. Quiet hours 11PM to 7AM.
*NO BICYCLES allowed within the unit or the indoor common areas of the building.
*$100 fee for any lost keys.

We really enjoyed the weekend stay. Walking distance to almost everything (5-10 minutes) that we wanted to do & see. The restaurant downstairs was phenomenal, with great employees. Parking is a couple of extra steps, but much appreciated to not have to pay! The room was clean, stocked with coffee/tea, and just the right size for my wife and I. Highly Recommend!

Nicely situated by the square and many shops and restaurants. It was clean and well supplied.King bed was comfortable. The only downside is that parking is a block or so away, but is paid for with a parking garaage card. Nice to have., but it always needed a walk to get to and from. If you have any mobility concerns, the walk would be the only one.Otherwise excellent stay.

The VRBO listing said it had 1.5 baths, but it has only 1. It also lists on-site parking, altho' parking is in a garage 1.5 blocks away. I think the inaccuracies were created by VRBO, not by the host. But overall, it's a very nice apartment, and the location is ideal. It's exactly one block from the plaza. It's very well equipped. The bed is super-comfortable.

This was an amazing VRBO! The place had absolutely everything one would need, and is impeccable. I was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to Hawaii in my early teens. I returned to California for college. I visited my new college friend from Santa Fe one summer break and fell instantly in love with the city and moved here in 1989. My wife, Laurie, and I raised our family here. Both my wife and I are in the real estate business.

We love food and culture which is plentiful in Santa Fe. Our favorite travel destination is Europe and especially Italy (food again) where my family roots are. I love to cook having learned from my Italian nona.

We are very casual people and love to share our "city different". We are available to give you suggestions and tips for your stay.

You can grab coffee or kombucha and listen to music down the hall at Remix Audio bar. Downstairs you can lunch at Tres Colores Mexican or savor locally made La Lecheria ice cream. Across the street is award-winning La Boca Spanish food restaurant or if you crave Italian head next door to Il Piatto or Osteria d'Asssi. These are just a FEW of the MANY restaurants in the area.
