Welcome to Capri #1904. The Capri is an oceanfront building and this beachy 2-bedroom, 2 bathrooms north facing 19th floor condo offers both ocean and bay views, making it the perfect destination for your next beach getaway! Enjoy the large living area with a full kitchen for your cooking needs. The main bedroom offers a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a pyramid bed with a double bed on the bottom, a twin bed on top so that you can sleep 5 people comfortably. You'll also enjoy free high speed internet/wi-fi, and a washer and dryer. The living room and master bedroom offers complimentary cable TV and the guest bedroom is a Smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows (using your login credentials.) **NOTE: There is a queen sleep sofa if you prefer to use that instead of the bunk beds BUT the maximum occupancy for the property is still 5 people at all times.
In addition to the condo's amenities, the building offers a range of activities for you to enjoy. Take advantage of the arcade, tennis court, gym or simply relax on the beach with direct access from the building. With so many indoor and outdoor activities available, including a half court basketball court, full tennis court and indoor pool, this vacation condo is the perfect choice, rain or shine. You'll also be in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc.
Please note the Capri has a $75 building amenity use fee. This fee is NOT INCLUDED in your final reservation price and will need to be paid at the building upon arrival. This fee includes one parking space. Additional spaces are available on a first come, first served basis directly through the Capri building when you arrive. Additional passes, if available are $10 per day or $55 week. They are purchased directly from the Capri building.
*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $111.99. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. NOTE: If you purchase the linen package, linens are provided for the king bed, the full bed, and the twin bed, not the queen sleeper sofa, you will still need to bring linens for the sleeper sofa since the maximum occupancy is 5 people. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soap and paper products.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.
*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.
* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
