The Space:

Ideal for couples or small families, the studio is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to four guests. You'll find a plush queen bed and a cozy sofa bed, creating a restful space to unwind after a day in the sun. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal, whether you're making fresh coffee at sunrise or enjoying a quiet dinner indoors. Large windows bring in natural light, and the private balcony invites you to start your morning with a sea breeze or relax in the evening as you stream your favorite show on Netflix.



Beyond your private space, the building offers a range of thoughtfully designed amenities to elevate your stay. The rooftop infinity pool provides a breathtaking panoramic view of the Caribbean, while the rooftop lounge invites you to relax and soak in the sunset over Playa. If you're looking to keep up with your routine, the fully equipped fitness center is available to help you feel your best throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

Just one block from the sparkling turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, this condo puts you right in the heart of the action. Only steps away, the famous Fifth Avenue awaits you with a vibrant mix of restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and lively nightlife. Getting Around:

The studio's location offers easy access to a variety of transportation options. Just steps away, you will find bus stops that connect you to the main attractions in Playa del Carmen.



To get to Cancun International Airport (CUN), you can opt for a taxi or a private shuttle service, with an approximate travel time of 45 minutes. If you prefer to get around by car, parking is available right in the building.



The ADO bus station, which offers connections to various destinations, is also conveniently located nearby.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
