The Space:

This is lakefront living at its fullest. The Newfound Lakeside Main House is the anchor of a beloved cottage community on the eastern shore of Newfound Lake, New Hampshire's crown jewel — widely recognized as the cleanest lake in all of New England. With three queen bedrooms, two open lofts, a full lower-level game room, and a soaring great room overlooking the water, this is the home you book when the whole family needs to be under one roof and no one wants to compromise.



★ The Great Room ★

Step inside, and the scale of this home immediately sets it apart. The main living and dining area is anchored by cathedral ceilings with exposed heavy timber beams, wide-plank pine floors, and a commanding floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace with wood stove insert. A large sectional sofa and leather recliner anchor the sitting area; directly beyond, a wall of windows frames an unobstructed view of Newfound Lake that stops every first-time guest in their tracks. The open dining table seats 8+ with the lake filling every window at eye level — there may not be a better dinner seat in the Lakes Region.

A staircase off the living room leads to Loft 1, and a dramatic spiral iron staircase connects to a second loft. The arched doorways, checker table nook, brick accent walls, and stacks of board games throughout give the house the kind of lived-in character that's impossible to manufacture.

The fully equipped kitchen features warm knotty pine cabinetry and every appliance you need for real cooking — electric range/oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, toaster, air fryer, and a full complement of cookware and dishware. A cozy breakfast nook seats 4 with views of the property. The adjoining sunroom dining area with French door walkout to the deck seats 4 more for casual meals.

A deck with a cable rail system runs along the lakeside of the home with panoramic water and mountain views. Steps lead down to direct lake access and a beach area. From the cottage, you're just a short walk from dining, ice cream, and the public beach — making it easy to leave the car behind for most of your lakefront days. For day trips, major routes connect you quickly to Meredith, Plymouth, Laconia, and beyond.



Ride-share availability is limited in the area, so personal transportation is strongly advised. Two parking spaces are included with the cottage.
