Ceci est une nouvelle maison achevé en Juin 2015. Il y a six chambres pour 18 personnes. Il a deux chambres de maître avec salle de bain à l'étage principal. Avec cinq salles de bains, une immense cuisine moderne et une table à manger pouvant accueillir huit personnes, il est idéal pour les grands groupes familiaux.

La maison dispose de trois niveaux avec chambres et salles sur chaque niveau. Le niveau inférieur a une salle de jeux avec plusieurs curseurs ouvrant sur un 32 pieds par 16 pieds patio, La cour arrière est ouvert et parfait pour les sports et jeux divers. Il dispose d'une fosse de feu de camp et une fosse de fer à cheval.

La maison dispose de la climatisation centrale, un foyer au gaz, et une grande véranda. les couchers de soleil depuis la véranda ou la terrasse sont beaux à voir.

Plage publique Meredith est à seulement 700 verges en bas de la rue. Le centre de Meredith est 1 & 1/4 mile away et est une promenade facile aux restaurants, boutiques et bars qui s'y trouvent.

La cuisine est immense et possède des appareils avec toutes les commodités modernes, ainsi que d'un grand centre de l'île pour des sièges supplémentaires.

Nice guy, plenty of room. We weren't really happy of being notified that we need to pay for sheets blankets and towels 2 days before arrival when it wasn't posted at all on the reservation and it was just a bunch of Miss matched old towels with stains on them. We couldn't have a fire the permit was expired and the pit that was in the picture was just an overgrown heap of dirt and rocks. Other than that everything was fine he was very nice and available nearby if we needed him

Thank you for your review. We do send out an email two weeks before arrival and it includes information on bed linens. There is a fee of $80. We do supply blankets, pillows, and comforters; and there is no fee. We do have a current permit for the fire pit. It was taped to the wall but fell down, and the cleaners put it in the kitchen draw. Over the winter, the fire pit did get a little overgrown. I have spoken to my landscapers, and hopefully will have that corrected. Mike

Great getaway

This was a great place for our group of 12 friends. Plenty of room for everyone to be together. We had some great meals,relaxed at night,did a bit of sightseeing in town and enjoyed the amenities the house offered.

Great house for our family of three households, 8 people total. Lots of space, plenty of beds and bathrooms, nice kitchen with all the utensils and pans you might need, great fridge and dishwasher, good washer and dryer, air conditioning worked well. Great stay!

Nice large house

This house is really suited for large groups as the bedrooms are large with many beds. In addition the backyard is huge and perfect for children. Mike was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Our family thinks it would be perfect for the holidays.

Great spot!

My friends and I go away every year for the weekend. This was a PERFECT spot, super clean, cozy, and we were blown away by how well stocked with appliances and utensils the kitchen was for a rental. It was absolutely perfect as a gathering spot. We weren't sure how many of us there would be in total, we ended up with six of us, so we each got a HUGE bedroom. There is so much space and it is a beautifully kept up home.

Perfect escape!

My husband and I rented Mike's home to celebrate my 30th birthday. The house was amazing and exactly what we were looking for! The bedrooms were huge and it was nice staying with 10 people and having plenty of bathrooms. Everything is top of the line and it was great grilling in the back and playing yard games all day long. We would love to stay again!

Fun visit to Meredith!

We had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked and all the kid supplies were an unexpected surprise! Not only was there a high chair, there was a big bin of toys, board games and we were offered a pack n play! The house worked well for the big extended family and friends that came. Michael was responsive via email and stopped by to make sure that we had enough propane. Having the washer and dryer, there meant that we were able to know to wash our sheets before we went home, which was a bonus. Thank you!

Amazing location for a family vacation

The Meredith house was very spacious and very well equipped. We celebrated my mother’s 60th birthday and did quite a lot of cooking. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. Michael and Robert also keep a ton of games and toys which kept my toddler busy. We were minutes away from Weirs Beach, one of our favorite beaches to visit when we visit Laconia. I highly recommend this house for families and large groups.

Absolutely fantastic

Property super close to Church Landing where we were all attending a wedding. We had an absolute blast and it was big enough to house us all. Was able to provide a pack n play and had toys for the little ones to play with (which we were super grateful for). Gorgeous property and owner great at responding to inquiries when needed and being patient with us and our million questions. Fantastic!

Great house in a great location

Great home with a lot of room in an amazing location! There were 7 of us in the home and had more than enough room and never felt crowded which is ideal for a week long stay. The backyard is huge and backs right up to the forest. There’s also a fire pit that we used at night to relax and enjoy the gorgeous nights. The home is conveniently located a short walk away from Lake Waukewan if you are looking for a little more secluded lake area with minimal people or a very short drive to Lake Winnipesaukee and Weirs Beach. Plenty of good restaurants in the area and fun things to do (putt putt golf, arcades, boat rentals, etc). We had such an amazing time at this home and in Meredith that this may become a new July 4 tradition. Will definitely be checking this homes availability when we visit in the future.

Property everything that listing offered. Owner replied to quick email about minor wall damage from door handle by prior tenants. Centrally located to town center and activities for 10-14 year olds only 10 minutes away.
