Welcome to our newly updated home in Rochester!
This adorable home features a great kitchen with brand-new appliances and lots of counter space. The three bedrooms provide two queen beds and one twin bed for plenty of space for guests to relax comfortably.
The living room boasts a 55" TV with several streaming services, a comfy leather sofa, and a large chair. If you need to get a bit of work done or have a project you're working on, there is a stand-up-sit-down desk in the office/craft space, and Xfinity Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Warm up on chilly evenings with heat in every room and a cozy faux fireplace in the living room. The bathroom even has a heated bidet toilet and features a bathtub with a rainfall shower, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.
The large front and back yards provide a great place to play yard games or sit and enjoy the quiet country life under the shady maple tree, where you can watch squirrels jumping through the oak trees and the neighbor's chickens and ducks strolling by.
Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or gathering for a meal, this wonderful space offers a welcoming retreat. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
