The Space:

This unique property features two separate homes on the same lot, making it perfect for families or groups traveling together who want to stay close while still enjoying their own private space. You’ll have the entire property to yourselves!



Urban Retreat: Spacious 4-bedroom, 1.5-bath home that accommodates up to 10 guests. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, three main-floor bedrooms with queen beds and TVs, and a loft with a full and twin bed. Downstairs you'll find another queen bed and a fun gaming area.



Includes full-size washer and dryer and a fenced backyard.



Up to two dogs allowed with a $150 fee per stay (no cats or other pets). Pets are only alowed on the bigger unit (not on the smaller one).



Cedar St Cottage: New built 1-bedroom, 1-bath cottage with an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The bedroom features a queen bed, and the bathroom includes a large shower and stackable washer/dryer.



Both units in combination sleeps 12 guests.



No events/parties, smoking or fireworks



Parking: Parking is available on the street and in the driveway on the west side of the house, making it convenient for groups with multiple vehicles.



Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.



A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. If you booked via VRBO, please ask us to apply the discount to your stay. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.



Situated in an ideal location for Northwest adventures, embark on day trips to Olympic National Park, Lake Crescent, or the picturesque Pacific coast. Closer to home, Sequim offers charming beaches, the famed Dungeness Spit, and delightful lavender farms dotting the valley.



In the evenings, walk to local restaurants like Tedesco's or Salty Girls. For a laid-back atmosphere, head to Peninsula Tap Room for craft brews and ciders. Alternatively, experience the excitement of live music and gaming at Seven Cedars Casino, just a short drive away.
