Tucked into the rolling woods of Gambier, the Glen Road Retreat is a quiet, nature-immersed home designed for rest and reconnection. Wander wooded trails, sit by the pond, gather around the fire pit, or share meals in warm, intentional spaces. With room to spread out indoors and outdoors, this is a place to slow down, listen to the sounds of nature, and leave feeling more grounded than when you arrived.

Glen Road Retreat is a spacious, thoughtfully laid-out home designed for groups to gather comfortably while still having room to spread out and rest.

Sleeping Arrangements

-Primary bedroom: King bed with en suite bathroom
-Bedroom two: Queen bed
-Bedroom three: Bunk beds plus an additional twin bed

Additional sleeping options

-Twin pullout bed in the basement living room
-Twin daybed in the upstairs sunroom (note: this space is not temperature controlled and reflects the season)

Outdoor & Additional Spaces

A refurbished barn on the property provides an open-air setting that works well for outdoor gatherings, meals, and casual group time

A fire pit is available for evening fires or daytime warmth, offering a simple place to gather and wind down together

The Ash Room, a temperature-controlled indoor space located within the garage building, is available as a separate rental through the Baker Road Airbnb profile. This space is well suited for small indoor gatherings, dinners, workshops, or creative time throughout the year. Please visit our Airbnb profile for availability and details.

The property offers a balance of shared spaces and quiet retreat, making it a good fit for families, friends, and small groups looking to spend time together while staying connected to the surrounding landscape.

During your stay, you’ll have full and private access to the entire Glen Road Retreat property, including the house, outdoor areas, and surrounding grounds.

The front door is secured with a keypad. You’ll receive a unique access code prior to check-in, which will be valid for the duration of your stay and will unlock the front door.

The Ash Room is available as a separate rental. If you reserve this space, the same access code provided for the house will also grant entry to the Ash Room.

To help care for the home, the land, and the experience for everyone, we ask guests to observe the following:

-Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am

-No smoking or vaping inside the home

-No parties or events unless pre-approved

-Registered guests only are permitted on the property

-No pets
