Welcome to this beautiful 5-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom pool home with games room and two lounge areas, located on the popular Glenbrook Community in a great location just 9 miles to Disney World and 2 miles to the Us Hwy 192 with endless restaurants and amenities on offer. The home also has access to the Glenbrook clubhouse with pool, tennis, volleyball and kids' play area. Please read the full property description and house rules before sending a request to book.

This fantastic 5-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom single family home has two lounge areas, a private pool and games room, plus access to the Glenbrook community amenities including pool, clubhouse with gym, play area, tennis and volleyball. Less than 9 miles to Disney World and 2 miles to the US Hwy 192 with a huge variety of stores and restaurants. This home accommodates a maximum occupancy of 10 guests plus 1 infant under 2 years of age.

This beautiful, upgraded pool home features 3 king bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, a games room with table football and air hockey, two lounge areas and two dining areas.

Enter the home into the stylish formal lounge area with seating, a desk area and a formal dining area to seat six guests.

Step through to the fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need for at-home dining including stainless steel stove, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils etc. as well as an island with stools and a breakfast nook to seat 4.

The primary king suite is located on the main level with sliding doors leading out to the pool deck and views over the pool. This spacious suite has a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and an en suite bathroom with a shower, separate tub, twin sinks and a WC.

The second king suite is located upstairs with a king bed, TV, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom with bath/shower, sink and WC.

Bedroom 3 is a king room with ceiling fan and TV and is located next door to the family bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 4 sleeps two guests and has two beds, a ceiling fan and TV and is opposite the family bathroom. Bedroom 5 has a bunk bed (to sleep 2 children) with TV.

The family bathroom has a shower, sink and WC.

After a long day riding the roller coasters, you will love heading home to your private pool with spa! The screened-in pool deck has a dining table and chairs and sun loungers. The pool and spa can be heated (pre-bookable optional extra) and a pool security fence is provided for families with small children.

The games room guarantees fun for the whole family! Games include air hockey and table football with a TV.

At the front of the home is a private driveway with parking for two vehicles. No overnight street parking.

The home has a laundry room with a washer, dryer and ironing equipment. It has air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, free Wifi and free local calls. There is complimentary use of a highchair, travel cot (pack and play) and stroller.

The home also has access to the community amenities at Glenbrook clubhouse - pool (unheated), tennis, gym, volleyball and kids play area.

IMPORTANT BOOKING TERMS:
1. The max. occupancy of the home is 10 guests plus 1 infant (under 2 years). Maximum of 8 adults. This limit MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME and is strictly enforced due to the home insurance and fire regulations. Breaking this limit cancels the reservation, all guests must leave immediately, no refund of any remaining nights given.
2. Only Guests included on the reservation are authorized to be in the home. No external visits from friends or family are permitted, even if this is below the maximum occupancy, unless confirmed in advance with us.
3. Strictly no parties, events or gatherings. The Sheriff has powers to evict all guests from the home for breaking this rule, there will be no refund of any remaining nights.
4. The homeowner does not accept young adult-only/student groups under the average age of 25.
5. No smoking, vaping or cannabis on the property including the pool deck.
6. No EV charging from the home supply.
7. This is a quiet residential community. Please always keep noise at a considerate level, the HOA enforces quiet hours from 10pm - 7am.
8. The home has parking for two vehicles. No overnight street parking.
9. We do not accept reservations that check-in on December 25th.
10. All guest names and dates of birth for each guest must be confirmed via the Vrbo message thread within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The Vrbo cancellation policy applies to all reservations with no exceptions. We strongly recommend that you take out trip insurance. We do not offer refunds for illness, weather, travel issues, bereavement etc, so please take out your own trip coverage.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
The home is self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge to help you on your first night that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 small soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 3 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 3 kitchen trash bags and 1 laundry detergent tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility to bring with you/purchase locally. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, toiletries or cleaning products.

POOL HEAT:
The pool can be heated and is an additional $40 plus tax per day for the minimum of 3 consecutive nights, please book pool heat in advance. If you book after your arrival, the pool takes around 24 hours to get to temperature and there is a $30 call out to come and switch it on for you.

Pool heat is set to 87 degrees (this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural temperature in the 60s). Temperatures cannot be set higher due to sanitary regulations. If your pool has a spa, pool heat is required for the spa to be heated. The spa is set to 99 degrees and is activated with the timer dial switch on the wall.

We cannot be held responsible for failure of the pool heating equipment or issues caused by weather conditions. During the winter months when temperatures are in the 50s and below, this will affect the ability of the pool heaters to keep the pool to temperature.

Guests will still be charged for the pool heat, as the pool heater will be running, so it is down to the guest to decide if they then wish to cancel their remaining days of pool heat – we must be notified if they wish for us to switch it off. Refunds will be given on any unused days of pool heat. By booking pool heat the guests agree that no compensation will be given due to faulty pool heaters or bad/cold weather.

We suggest guests check the weather forecast for temperatures before their upcoming stay and then cancel pool heat accordingly if they feel it will be too cold.

GRILL HIRE
Due to insurance limitations, the home is not listed as having a grill. If you need a grill, please ask us for the details of a local company where you can book a grill online with them. If you do bring/hire a grill, we ask that it is used at the side of the home on the grass and not on the pool deck as the pool screens are a fire hazard.

We had a wonderful stay at this Clermont home and would absolutely recommend it. The check-in process was incredibly easy, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay.The house was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. It felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The pool was a huge hit with our kids and grandkids, and we especially appreciated the safety fence and door alarms/locks around the pool area. Having young children with us who aren’t used to being around a pool, those extra safety features gave us real peace of mind.The location was also convenient for everyday needs, with grocery stores and plenty of restaurants just a short drive away.My only complaint has to do with the drive to Walt Disney World. While the house is physically only about 5–9 miles from Disney property, the actual driving distance and traffic made the trip much longer than we expected. Depending on the park and time of day, it could take up to 45 minutes each way. That made it difficult to return to the house for midday naps or breaks with the little ones.Overall, it was a great home, and if your plans don’t involve frequent trips back and forth to the Disney parks during the day, it’s an excellent place to stay.

Thank you so much for the 5-star review, we are so pleased that you found the home so clean and comfortable and you had such a great stay! So glad you loved the pool so much too, that is great to hear! Just to note in terms of traffic around Disney World, that is of course beyond our control and impacts all homes in this area, and I do know that this was your first time staying 'off-property' from a Disney hotel - of course, Disney charges at least 2-4 times the nightly rate for a hotel room, whereas we are priced for a six bed home with private pool at a much lesser rate, but Disney is charging a premium for you being 'on site'. You do also then have Disney transfer/bus/shuttle travel times within the resort itself to factor in, so many guests find homes surrounding Disney to be just as convenient but an awful lot cheaper and offering so much more space and value so it works far better for them - current journey time door to door to Magic Kingdom is just 23 minutes. I do understand though that the premium rate of being 'on property' may work better for you and your family. So glad you loved the home itself, which is what we provide for guests visiting this area and not just for Disney. Thanks again for the 5-star review and for booking with us, we do appreciate it!
