VERY IMPORTANT: It's important to know that the Penthouse is on the third floor, requiring stairs to climb; there's no elevator. Check-in time is at 3pm Check-out time is at 11am NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No parties or noisy activities during these hours. TM VACATION RENTALS strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. TMVR provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. All our properties are outfitted with: -Soap dispenser with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash -Two garbage bags -One roll of paper towels -Two or more rolls of toilet paper (depending on length of stay) -One dish soap -One dish sponge We provide a starter set of amenities for your convenience. You may wish to bring additional supplies for longer stays. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged. The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights. IMPORTANT: Dear Guest, Please remember that upon checkout, you must leave the keys and the beeper on the property. If the beeper is lost, the condominium administration applies a $100 replacement fee, which will be deducted from your security deposit or charged directly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in avoiding additional charges.
