La propriété a été achetée en 2003 et la construction de la maison a été achevée en 2005.

La propriĂ©tĂ© dispose de prĂšs d'un hectare de terrain prĂšs du sommet d'une colline qui surplombe la baie naturelle de BoquerĂłn et son village de pĂȘcheurs, ainsi que la mer des CaraĂŻbes. De superbes vues sur les montagnes environnantes et les espaces verts ouverts sont disponibles dans chaque chambre. La maison comprend 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain complĂštes, une cuisine moderne avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement et tous les ustensiles et appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers (tous en acier inoxydable) qu'un bon cuisinier apprĂ©ciera. Chaque chambre contient un climatiseur mini-split pour offrir un confort tout en dormant dans ces nuits chaudes des CaraĂŻbes.

Pendant la journée, en raison de son emplacement et de la topographie environnante, la maison est constamment entourée par les brises fraßches de la mer. Les portes de la grande salle s'ouvrent complÚtement pour permettre un sentiment d'ouverture qui met les occupants de la maison en contact avec les grands espaces ouverts et les vues qui entourent la propriété. La maison possÚde un jardin des Caraïbes en croissance constante avec de nombreuses fleurs délicieuses uniques aux ßles et quelques arbres fruitiers jeunes mais à croissance rapide.

La maison se trouve au bout de la rue avec seulement des espaces verts ouverts sur la plupart des cĂŽtĂ©s. Le quartier est entiĂšrement composĂ© de maisons personnalisĂ©es, dont la plupart sont Ă©galement des maisons de vacances pour les propriĂ©taires rĂ©sidant dans d'autres parties de l'Ăźle et aux États-Unis. De ce fait, le quartier est trĂšs calme et paisible, et les quelques voisins qui habitent leur maison toute l'annĂ©e sont extrĂȘmement sympathiques, courtois et serviables.

AprÚs avoir passé quelques jours dans notre maison, vous comprendrez aussi pourquoi nous choisissons cet endroit trÚs spécial, pourquoi cette maison est si spéciale pour nous et pourquoi nous voulons la partager avec vous.

Casa Etienne is a great rental

We had a fantastic stay! The home had everything we needed, offered an amazing view, and was located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We would absolutely choose this rental again!

Relaxing location with amazing views

We were looking for a place in the Boqueron area, close to the beach but quiet enough to be able to work and also relax. This house provided what we were looking for and then some. Fantastic location, amazing view of the bay and let’s not talk about the sunsets. The balcony provided a perfect setting to enjoy the breeze, the view and the nature surrounding the house. Loved everything about this house (kitchen, laundry area, bathrooms, etc). The communication with the property owner was excellent and the one little issue we had with one AC unit was resolved fast. I highly recommend this house.

Amazing Home

The house is in a great location with views, beautiful beaches and good restaurants nearby. Definitely lives up to the reviews and pictures. We did have one issue but things happen and the host was responsive. Easily our top choice for staying in Cabo Rojo going forward.

Beautiful Boqueron Dream House

This house was truly a dream to stay at! 5 minute drive to the beautiful Playa Buye, views of the ocean from the many balconies, everything we could need in the house, and very comfortable bedrooms! Beautiful and Modern home away from home

We stayed for 4 days and totally loved this place. The property is on a hill and you could notice it from far with a breath taking view of ocean. The photos don’t do justice. This is way beautiful and you must visit to experience it. We will go again the next time we r in Puerto Rico

Beautiful, well equipped, family friendly estate

Centrally located to Boqueron beach and others on Puerto Rico's West Coast. We loved the neighborhood, which was a concern at first. The house was super comfortable great furniture and great outdoor access for sunset dinners. It was raining hard one night and it was nice to park the car under the house. The beds were all comfortable. Great temp controls. Too many other good things to list but there is a good reason this is a 5-star property.

Family vacation in Boqueron.

Our family of 6, ages 15-69 spent a wonderful week at Casa Etienne. The house is located on a hillside overlooking the bay at Boqueron. The house is spectacular. There are huge french doors on the side of the house overlooking the bay. In the evening gentle breezes make sitting on the balconies very enjoyable. The setting and view are wonderful. We enjoyed exploring the Cabo Rojo area. This was great house to spend a great week in PR.

Relaxing in paradise with all the conveniences....

We just spent two weeks in this wonderful location. We love it!! The home was well appointed and the views outstanding. We were quite comfortable. Loved Boqueron and all it had to offer and loved coming back to chill at his wonderful house. Everything we needed was there and since we love to cook it was great to do so in the evening when we just wanted to enjoy the company of our friends/family.

Been Native to the Island of Puerto Rico and knowing real well the different great get-aways in Puerto Rico is how we decided to buy and build our vacation home in this unique part of the island. As far away as you can get from San Juan, its traffic, and the crowds, we located in an area surrounded by great green open spaces, many of the greatest beaches of the island within minutes, near many of the great seafood restaurants of the west coast, and yet, close enough to some of the island largest cities for great fun activities at night, shopping, and site seeing.

The house is located near the top of a hill in nearly an acre of land with great views of the natural bay of BoquerĂłn, and the Caribbean sea. Great views, continuously flowing breezes year around, open green spaces all around, quiet, peaceful, and private. These are the attributes that we value and those are the attributes our home embodies.
