This home was designed around a simple idea: “Lake Days & Mountain Plays.” Whether you’re here for adventure, relaxation, or a mix of both, you’ll find everything you need to make your trip memorable. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with views of Lake Granby and a warm, modern mountain feel that instantly makes you feel at home. Mornings start with coffee on the deck, afternoons are spent exploring nearby lakes, trails, and towns, and evenings wind down in the hot tub, sauna, or gathered together for games and meals.

What makes this home special is how it brings people together—while still giving everyone their own space to relax and recharge.
With multiple hangout areas across three levels, kids can enjoy their own game zones while adults unwind upstairs, on the deck, or by the fire. It’s the kind of place where everyone finds their favorite spot.
