Amazing stay!!

This property was absolutely perfect for our group weekend getaway! It was prime location to town that was walking distance to a ton of restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend and would stay again!

It's uncommon to find a house where each room is great. All the rooms had great views, a deck to sit outside on, a tv, and were comfortably sized with comfortable beds. The common living space was perfect for cooking together, eating together, watching movies, or enjoying a lovely happy hour out on the deck looking out over the lake. Additionally, prior to our stay, the owners were extremely responsive to my messages. The price and value were amazing. All of us agreed that we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Property was super for our family group of nine, grandparents to grandkids. Loved being able to walk into town for multiple activities…playground, restaurants, lake for boating and swimming. Adams Falls was nearby and an easy hike for everyone. RMNP visitor center was close as was the west entryway. Easy outings to the continental divide, the alpine visitor’s center, and Colorado River trail. Host texted at beginning to be sure all was good and at the end to remind us of checkout process. Kitchen was well equipped. We all had a great time. Highly recommend.

Great family stay

Great place for families. The views on the deck are superb. Three levels makes it easy for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking items. Make sure to read through the messages before heading out as the directions they provide are critical.

This place is a great spot with gorgeous views everywhere. Well equipped kitchen could have used a roasting pan but the house had lots of comfort, space, games and entertainment with levels to spread out and relax. We appreciated there were dog bowls and a crate which was a nice to have available.

The views were incredible! Within walking distance to downtown which was a nice perk. Plenty of space for our party of 9 and 2 dogs. Management company was easy to work with and quick to respond to our questions.

Perfect Family Holiday

The property was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to spread out and walking distance to most everything we needed in town. The kitchen is well equipped, we even made a Christmas dinner as nice as anything we could have done at home. Still close enough to ski at Winter Park but without all of the congestion and crowds.

Beautiful home in a beautiful place

One of my favorite vacations ever. Just an amazing home. Very nice. High quality accommodations with incredible views. And it’s minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park.

Ideal Grand Lake Rental

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay at this property. The location was perfect - walkable to town, minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, and high enough up the hill to provide a breathtaking view of the lakes and town. The house was clean, check in was a breeze, and it surpassed all expectations.
