Linens & Towels:
Hotel-quality sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, and washcloths provided.
6 additional towels are available for the hot tub or the beach. Additional towels are available for rent—please inquire for details.

Supplies Provided:
Starter essentials include paper towels, toilet paper, body wash, dish soap, and laundry detergent. Guests may need to replenish for longer stays.

Refresh & Reset Kit (under sink):
Travel-size toiletries, including toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, and other essentials you may have forgotten for your convenience,

Pets:
We’re happy to welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs with prior approval. A $250 pet fee per stay applies and covers up to 2 dogs. To make your stay comfortable, furniture covers are provided for pets who enjoy lounging on the sofas, along with doggy waste bags for your convenience. We kindly ask that pets be house-trained and cared for during your stay.
Service animals are welcome and must remain with their owner at all times, in accordance with house guidelines. Additional cleaning or damage beyond normal use may result in extra charges.

Quiet Hours: 11 PM – 8 AM. Kindly respect our neighbors' tranquility during these times.

Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior host approval and will incur the pet fee as listed.

Registration: For community compliance, we're required to pre-register guests and vehicles. Upon booking, we'll need the main guest's address, contact information, and vehicle details for up to five vehicles. Additional vehicles (up to ten) incur a $20 fee per vehicle. HOA Tags will be provided (left in the mailbox) and should be displayed on the registered vehicles.

Curfew: Community amenities close at 12 AM

Capacity: Max 10 guests. Unauthorized guests $100/person/day

Parking: Max 10 vehicles (driveway only). No street/grass parking. Fines may apply for violations. RV parking allowed (no use/sleeping)

Trash: Dumpsters located at the clubhouse property off Thornberry Lane HOURS: 7am to 8pm daily, Closed Tuesdays. Dispose responsibly; recycle separately. Display your guest tag when using dumpsters, which are monitored 24/7.

Furniture: Please refrain from moving furniture, as it can damage floors and create extra cleaning work.

Wristbands: Wristbands are required for access to the community beach, lake, and amenities. You’ll find them in the kitchen. Please return all wristbands before check-out. 10 wristbands are provided. Missing wristbands will incur a $10 replacement fee each.

Check-Out: Dispose of trash at HOA dumpster location, run dishwasher, lower HVAC, lock property

Additional Services: Early check-in and late check-out are available for $100 each, subject to advance agreement.
