On the northern coast of the Peloponnese, approx. 40 km northeast of Patras and approx. 10 km west of the small town of Aigio, lies the small community of Mpouka near Kamares, directly on the beach. Only a few steps away from the sea, in lovely green surroundings, you will find the modernly built holiday home complex with a total of 16 holiday homes and a beautifully designed, shared pool on a flat, enclosed garden plot. On this beautiful side of the Corinthian Gulf, in the front row of the holiday home complex, is the bright and friendly furnished semi-detached house ATHINA-GEORGIA. From the terraces of the house you have a view of the sea to the opposite coast of Boeotia and the mountains behind.

Direct, level access to the ground floor of the holiday home. The open-plan living/dining room is adjoined by the kitchen corner and the guest WC. From the living room there is direct access to the front and rear terrace and the pool. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with balcony, and the shared bathroom. The balcony on the entrance side has a beautiful view of the sea and the Corinthian Gulf, the balcony on the courtyard side overlooks the pool. The approx. 100sqm large shared pool (11x8m, 1 to 1.80 deep, not heatable, in operation all year round) provides refreshment and bathing fun for young and old. There is an outdoor shower in the garden for all guests. 2 sun loungers at the house and 2 chairs to take to the beach are available for guests.
