This secluded 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin has everything you, your family and friends need to enjoy a relaxing getaway in the Great Smoky Mountains. Located less than 1 mile from the Parkway in Gatlinburg, but still secluded enough to be in nature.

ITEMS INCLUDED WITH EACH STAY:
* All linens, blankets and towels
* Toilet paper in each bathroom
* Paper towels in the kitchen
* Kitchen trash bags
* Bathroom trash bags
* Trash bags for the outdoor trash cans (in a bear-proof container)
* Dishwasher tablets
* Liquid hand soap
* Bath soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom

THINGS TO NOTE:
* Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
* No smoking indoors.
* 1 pet (dog) allowed if under 50 pounds. Must be kenneled when guests are away from the property. $225 non-refundable pet cleaning fee assessed.
* Children must be supervised at all times.
* No children under the age of 18 in the hot tub, without direct adult supervision.
* No bonfires.
* No house parties allowed.
* Ring Video Doorbell installed at driveway, pointing away from the house and toward the street.

Great location, really close to downtown Gatlinburg. Kids loved the pool! Even had a bear stop by for a visit Ben was a great host. Would definitely book again!

The cabin was very close to town and all the main attractions (Skybridge, Anakeesta, Ober Mountain, etc). My husband and I even walked down to The Village for coffee and donuts one morning. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at The Nest. It's a beautiful, spacious cabin with all the amenities of home. Ben was very responsive and provided a lot of helpful suggestions. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful cabin. Host was very responsive. Close to everything downtown. And only 10 mins from sports complex if you are traveling for tournaments. Kids loved the pool, hot tub and pool table. Wife loved the kitchen and living area. I loved the deck! Saw a bear and a couple of coyotes close to cabin. Will definitely be back!
