Guest access:
Guests are welcome to the entire unit with access to two pools and hot tub (except the locked storage closets for the cleaning crew/utility area).

Other things to note:
*Stairs - Although the unit is modernized & family-friendly, it does require climbing steps to enter the unit. Access to the bedroom loft is via a spiral staircase.

*Gas Grill - Propane tank is provided. Use propane with caution as indicated on tank.

*Trash – Like many neighborhoods at Lake of the Ozarks, our community uses a shared dumpster for trash disposal. It’s located at the entrance of Bay Point Village on top of the hill. Please be sure to dispose of all trash prior to your departure.
