THE SPACE:
Lake Retreat at Wild Oak was designed for bringing people together. The open-concept great room features seating for 18 between the dining table and oversized island, creating the perfect space for meals, games, and conversation. The thoughtfully stocked chef's kitchen includes cookware for large groups, coffee and tea, serving pieces, and everyday essentials. Unwind in the spa-inspired primary suite with its extra-deep soaking tub and spacious wet-room shower, or enjoy the flexibility of a fully equipped private Bunkhouse with its own kitchen, living area, bathroom, laundry, and four queen beds. Spend your days dining beneath the trees, playing cornhole, exploring the nearby lakeside trail, or relaxing with family over board games and puzzles. Every detail was chosen to help your group slow down, reconnect, and create lasting memories together.

WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP:
Primary Suite
Private queen suite with a spa-inspired ensuite featuring an extra-deep soaking tub, spacious wet-room shower, and thoughtful touches for rest and relaxation.
Bedroom 2
One queen-over-queen bunk bed sleeps up to 4 guests. Every bed includes its own reading light, charging outlet, and bedside ledge.
Bedroom 3
A custom-built bunk features two full beds on the upper level and one full bed below, with a cozy children's play area tucked beneath the second upper bunk. Every bed includes its own reading light, charging outlet, and bedside ledge.
Private Bunkhouse
Two queen-over-queen bunk beds (4 queen beds total) sleep up to 8 guests. Every bed includes its own reading light, charging outlet, bedside ledge, and a large built-in storage shelf for luggage and personal belongings.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have exclusive access to both the Main House and Bunkhouse, the full yard, outdoor gathering spaces, and the driveway, which accommodates up to four vehicles. You'll enjoy full use of both kitchens, all bedrooms and bathrooms, laundry areas, and outdoor seating. Self check-in makes arrival easy and convenient. The garage is reserved for owner use, and street parking is not permitted. We hope you feel right at home and enjoy your stay!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Being steps from Lewisville Lake means beautiful sunsets, trees, trails, and wildlife. As with any lakeside home, insects are part of nature, so we professionally treat the property and recommend insect repellent for extended time outdoors as well as staying on the trails when out by the lake. The driveway fits 4 vehicles; no street parking. Please help us care for our home and respect our neighbors who have kindly welcomed our family. Quiet hours are 10 PM-7 AM.
