Exclusive 2-bdrm ocean & mountain view suite

We were very surprised to read this review, particularly as it does not reflect what was communicated to us during your stay. We welcome constructive feedback and always want to know if something isn’t right so that we have the opportunity to address it immediately. However, we also believe that a public review should be truthful, fair, and accurately reflect the overall experience and communication that took place during the stay. To clarify a few of the points mentioned in the review, there are two baking pans provided and they are stored together with the pots and pans. Regarding the outdoor couch on the lower deck, during your stay we experienced one of the biggest thunderstorms we have had in years. Naturally, outdoor furniture can become wet during such unusually severe weather. The same storm also caused the internet interruption, which is why you contacted us and we promptly assisted you with resetting the connection. There are intentionally no curtains in the living room because the suite overlooks the ocean and is located on its own completely private floor. No other guests or members of the public have access to this area or can see into the living room, allowing our guests to enjoy the beautiful ocean view and natural light in complete privacy.
