Enjoy life on the Sunshine Coast! Bike or walk to the Gumboot cafe and shops. Pick up yummy food from the Gumboot Restaurant. Stroll to the beach to watch for whales, seals, otters and eagles. Play in the sand and swim in the waves. Have a beach fire and watch the stars come out. Cozy up in the cottage by the fire, cook in the fully equipped kitchen or BBQ. Watch Apple TV or Netflix and chill. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the sleeping loft space. Hike or bike the many trails nearby or golf at a great championship course just up the road. If you get your fill of Roberts Creek, head 10 minutes to Gibsons or up the Coast to other great towns and outdoor adventures.

We had an excellent stay and couldn’t have been happier. The cottage was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. It was clear that a lot of care has gone into maintaining the property, and it made for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.The location was beautiful and peaceful, and the host was easy to communicate.Everything exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to family and friends. This was a wonderful cottage. It was clean and had everything that you need. It was outstanding, probably the nicest we have stayed in. Kelly was great in keeping in touch. The kitchen was well appointed with just about everything that you would need. It was 10 out of 10 for us and we enjoyed our week stay in Roberts Creek and the Sunshine Coast.

Kelly was so accommodating when I booked for my older parents and communicated with both me and them which was so helpful. When my parents got home they were so happy to share that everything was so close (the beach, town, etc) they were able to walk. They really appreciated how clean and new everything felt and it felt like they had everything they could need.

We loved this bright, clean, modern, cozy, private cottage! The layout, size, and amenities were perfect for the three of us. It is well-equipped with everything you’d need, and some extras! I appreciated the privacy of the cottage, separate from the main house. Perfect location for exploring the Sunshine Coast, directly between Gibsons and Sechelt. Very walkable to the beach at Robert’s Creek and to explore the little shops. Although I did climb and sleep in the loft the first night, it wasn’t a completely comfortable experience so I chose the fold down couch the second night.

Our stay at the Yellow Door Cottage far exceeded our expectations! The cottage was spotless, private, and welcoming with special touches to make us feel at home. We were able to relax with the quiet, slow pace at Roberts Creek and we thoroughly enjoyed our time walking the many nearby beaches and exploring quaint spots (our favourites are the Gumboot Cafe and the Wobbly Canoe). I loved absolutely everything about our stay at Yellow Door Cottage. Everything was new, clean and incredibly cozy. Heated bathroom floors, brand new kitchen appliances, an incredibly comfy bed and lots of games for kiddos. We'll definitely be back!
