Getting to the mountain has never been easier. The dedicated Frontgate shuttle runs daily to both Beaver Creek Village and Vail, so you never need to worry about parking at the resort. On-site ski and boot lockers with benches, shelving, and hangers for helmets and gear make suiting up and returning effortless. The Beaver Creek bus exchange is just across the street for additional flexibility.

LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION
Frontgate sits adjacent to the main entrance of Beaver Creek Resort, placing you closer to the mountain than most standalone vacation rentals in the valley. Avon`s dining, stores, shops, and bars are all within walking distance, and Vail Village is just a short shuttle ride away. It`s one of the most convenient, walkable locations in the entire Vail Valley.

Please note: This property requires the following fees paid directly to the resort upon checkout: a one-time $55 booking fee and a $55/night resort fee. These are standard for 4- and 5-star resort properties with premium amenities and are not included in the nightly rate.
- The Resort Fee includes shuttle service (based on availability), high-speed internet, and access to on-site amenities. Please note that the resort fee is subject to change at any time.
- All guests have access to the Front Desk during operating hours (8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, seven days a week, subject to seasonal changes). A valid credit card must be presented at check-in. After-hours check-ins must be arranged during business hours before check-in. Keys can be picked up from a lockbox in the Frontgate lobby vestibule.
- No smoking is allowed within the unit or balcony.
- Please note that you have to be at least 25 years old to book.

- Your reservation comes with one parking space. Additional spaces may be available depending on property occupancy.

NO SMOKING. Smoking, including the smoking or vaping of tobacco or marijuana, is PROHIBITED in all rooms, decks, patios, garage, deck, and all other inside and external common areas of the condo. This will be strictly enforced by the property manager.

CHECK-IN. The Front Desk is open daily from 8 AM - 6 PM (seasonal hours may apply), and a valid credit card is required at check-in. Planning a late arrival? Simply contact us ahead of time and we`ll have your key ready in the lockbox at the Frontgate lobby vestibule.

RESORT FEE: Your $55 nightly resort fee goes a long way! It covers high-speed internet and unlocks the full Frontgate experience — heated pool, hot tub, fire pits, golf simulator, game room, yoga room, fitness center, coffee room, shuttle service (based on availability), and all the cozy communal spaces in between

NO PETS. This property is NOT a pet-friendly unit, and will be strictly enforced. Please do not bring pets into the home or patio area at any time.

PARKING. One heated garage space is included with your resort fee. Additional vehicles are welcome for a nightly fee, simply stop by the front desk. All vehicles in the Frontgate garage must display a parking pass. Short-term parking is also available in the porte-cochère.

QUIET HOURS. 11 PM to 7 AM. No excessive noise, radios, speakers, or other apparatus may be used that cause annoyance within the building, pool and outside common areas.

LATE CHECK-OUT, HOUSEKEEPING & MAINTENANCE. For late check-outs or any housekeeping or maintenance needs, please reach out directly to Mountain Town Vacation Rentals through your booking app or the contact info provided. The front desk team won`t be able to assist with these requests.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

NO SKI EQUIPMENT OR OTHER OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT ON THE INTERIOR FLOORS. See dedicated page for Ski Locker Room

TRASH & RECYCLING. Guests should dispose of trash and recycle in the designated trash chutes (room just across the hall) or in the trash room located in the garage.

TREAT CONDO WITH LOVE AND RESPECT. Kindly treat the condo with the same love you would your own. Any damages or missing items will be reported, and charges may apply.
