We are located in the peaceful village of Bosanka, a hidden gem known for its tranquility and breathtaking views, perched just above the Old Town.
When I’m not hosting, my true passion is being out on the Adriatic. I love spending every free moment on my boat, whether it's exploring hidden bays, cruising along the coast, or simply enjoying the serenity of the open sea.

Welcome to Bosanka – A Peaceful Retreat Above Dubrovnik
With just 150 residents Bosanka is a beautiful secluded village perfect for a relaxing vacation. It is situated in one of the safest areas in Dubrovnik surrounded by nature, greenery and breathtaking panoramic views of the Old Town and the Adriatic Sea.
This is the ideal location to combine a city break with a peaceful holiday.
To reach the Old Town and the nearest beach you only need a 5 minute drive by car or 3 km.
For those who enjoy walking there is a scenic shortcut to the city center via stone steps that offer amazing views.
It takes around 20 to 30 minutes to reach the heart of the town.
Bosanka is well connected with the city by public bus line number 17 as well as regular Taxi and Uber services
A bus timetable will be provided upon your arrival and the Uber price is usually around 7 euro to the city center.
The famous restaurant called Konoba Dubrava is only 150 meters away offering excellent local cuisine at reasonable prices.
Within walking distance you can also find exciting outdoor activities like the Dubrovnik ZipLine, Buggy Safari and the Cable Car station
As this is a very calm and quiet area I would not recommend my Villa to young groups looking for city crowds and nightlife. Our property is best suited for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing environment.

Our location is a true sanctuary that provides absolute security, peace, and tranquility, allowing you to completely recharge your batteries after a sun-filled day at the beach or an afternoon spent exploring the historic streets of the Old Town.
