Lovely Apartment, Great Location

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment which was very well situated for swimming platforms, the beach and restaurants. Facilities excellent especially air on.Perfect view from the large balcony. Danijela was extremely helpful, including transfers to and from the airport. There was a slight issue regarding a breakage which was there when we arrived but was briefly blamed on us - but quickly confirmed that we were not at fault.

Perfect location and a tremendous apartment. Perfect for family of 4. Great views. Quick to the promenaded and beach. 10 Uber into Old Town. Great time!Daniela picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. She's fantastic and a great help. Even came back to the airport after my son realized he left his earbuds in her car.Definitely recommend!

Great location

Very attractive apartment, clean with amazing views. Location excellent in a beautiful area. However the main bedroom was really dangerous. The sloping ceiling was a real hazard.there is very little headroom over the bed and this spoilt what should have been a fantastic apartment

Amazing views, great location!

Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Excellent location with fantastic views over Lapad Bay. Within easy reach of nearby restaurants and bars. Perfect for families. Wonderful, spacious apartment. Fantastic communication from owner. Danjela was so helpful and arranged our transfers - everything was seamless. Would definitely return!

Very nice place

The location is just perfect. Right on the water with amazing views and restaurants, assigned parking spot. Working A/C is in every room . Check in and communication with property manager very easy and very professional.

Great location on the water

Beautiful apartment right on the water, with easy access to the Old City. Daniella went above and beyond with transporting us from the airport and provided great info for our stay. It was easy, clean, and great location.

An Absolute Gem

As the listing says, this is a luxury apartment on the waterfront. The location is superb and the view from the balcony onto the bay is simply breathtaking. Everything you would want from accommodation of this specification was thought of. And thanks to Daniela for looking after us and making sure we had a comfortable and very enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay

Awesome location right in Lapad. Can overlook the water and watch the beautiful sunsets. Swimming is right off the promenade. Close to Old Town and easily accessible by bus. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Super location

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic position overlooking the bay. Lift right outside the door taking you to the coastal walkway for a short stroll into the lovely Lapad beach area. Dubrovnik only a 5 minute bus ride. Apartment very clean and functional. Would highly recommend along with the assistance of property manager Daniela. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very convenient

Perfect location. Lots of places to eat and walk. Easy and convenient to get a ride for old town. Property manager is fantastic and helpful. It maybe a little expensive but worth it. Will stay again

Beautiful apartment

Have just spent a week here. Marco, the owner, and property contact Daniela were brilliant. Daniela taxi service was exactly as required. Good level of accommodation for 2 adults and 2 teens with a breathtaking balcony and view. The lift to the promenade was much appreciated after a day in Dubrovnik and all the steps. Uber or Bolt is good value transport for 4 people and always arrived in less than 5 minutes. Lapad was a good option to stay at. Good range of bars and restaurantd. Loved swimming in the sea 20 metres from the apartment exit. Thank you.

Dubrovnik Review

Property was nice with perfect location near beach. Daniella was very helpful and made the check in easy. She also made numerous trips to airport for us due to visitors coming at different times. The only reason I give 4 stars was due to queen bed mattress extreme discomfort. This made the nights very unrestful. Otherwise the condo is very nice and spacious. The patio is large and the view is incredible.
