Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with central heating & air.

Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.



🚗 Parking

Plentiful free street parking in the neighborhood. There is not driveway or off-street parking with this home.

Outside, relax on the ground-level patio with seating and a BBQ grill. Beach gear is provided, including beach tags, chairs, a cooler, and a wagon. Please note that parking is available on the street.

You're just a short walk (about 5-10 minutes) from the pristine Ventnor City beach, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and building sandcastles. For dining, you'll find a variety of options within walking distance. Enjoy casual meals at local favorites l or indulge in fresh seafood at one of the many nearby restaurants. If you're looking to shop, the bustling commercial district of Ventnor Avenue is nearby, offering boutiques, gift shops, and convenience stores. The neighborhood itself is known for its friendly atmosphere and charming residential streets, making it a safe and enjoyable place to explore. You can also easily access the vibrant nightlife and entertainment options of Atlantic City, just a short drive away. Whether you're craving a relaxing beach day, a delicious meal, or a fun shopping experience, everything is within easy reach from our home!



Getting Around:

Getting around Ventnor City is easy! Free street parking is available right outside the house, so you won't have to worry about finding a spot. For those arriving by air, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is a short drive away, approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. While Ventnor City is a walkable town, offering easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants, if you're looking to explore further afield, ride-sharing services are readily available. Nearby Atlantic City offers bus services that can connect you to other points of interest. Consider using ride-sharing services or driving for convenient access to surrounding areas and attractions.



Other Things to Note:

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and/or breed restrictions may apply.



MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: To book this property, the primary guest must be 25+ years old. The booking guest must personally occupy the property for the full stay and may not reserve on behalf of others. Any fraudulent, third-party, or underage booking may be cancelled immediately without refund and may result in removal from the property without notice.



CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of a voluntary/guest-initiated cancellation.



SECURITY DEVICES DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area. TAMPERING WITH SECURITY DEVICES: Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.



QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.



CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS: Please place trash in designated bins outside, load used dishes into the dishwasher or sink, and generally tidy up after yourselves. It is not necessary to strip the beds or initiate any kind of laundry prior to departure.
