Casa Sirena, named after its mermaid owners, is a charming home in the Santiago neighborhood of Merida. Every detail is perfected from the colorful, custom-made tile to the restored original wood doors to the live tropical plants in the main bathroom. This stunning gem is ideal for both short- and long-term stays, with easy bus access, a fully-stocked kitchen, small dipping pool and a large washer and dryer. Come stay at this light, airy and cozy home. The mermaids know you'll love it. Santiago is one of the most popular areas in Merida. It's surrounded by beautiful old colonial homes, restaurants, cultural places, etc. Every Tuesday at night you can go to the park to listen to local people playing music Easy bus access to go to the beach and north of town. Restaurants, ATMs, pharmacies and main attractions are walking distance. Contact property managers for more detailed info. Casa Sirena welcomes all guests, including those with children. If you are bringing a minor(s) as a guest(s), you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the diligent supervision of that minor(s) throughout the duration of your stay at Casa Sirena, especially children under the age of 10. Note that the home is not completely child-proof. The home contains some breakable art and glassware. The dining room table and the kitchen island both have sharp corners that are right at head-level for little ones, so please keep a close eye on smaller children so that they do not get injured. If damage to the home or its contents occur, the guest is responsible for the damaged property and will be charged through the platform in a prompt and transparent manner
