The Home
Walk through the front door and the canal stops you in your tracks. Three sliding glass doors frame the water like a painting — and that's before you've set down your bags. The living room wraps around you in soft coastal leather — one couch, three chairs, a Smart TV — and the kind of light that makes you forget what day it is. To the right, the pool table sits beneath a custom light fixture with the canal glittering behind it. This is not your average vacation rental.

The kitchen is built for real cooking. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a dual sink with canal views, and a fully stocked setup that means you won't be missing anything. The breakfast counter seats three for quiet mornings. The dining table seats six for the nights everyone actually sits down together.

The Backyard
Then you step outside — and that's when Dolphin's Edge earns its name.
The fully screened lanai keeps the bugs out and the magic in. The heated pool runs year-round at no extra charge. Two ledge loungers sit right in the water. Two egg chairs invite you to sink in and stay awhile. Four sun loungers soak up every bit of Florida light. The outdoor sectional with its own TV makes it easy to never go back inside. And when the sun drops low — the 7-person hot tub with 220v jets, mood lighting, and canal views becomes the best seat in the house.

Around the corner, the fire pit with four Adirondack chairs is where the real conversations happen. The grill is nearby when it's time to eat. Three kayaks are yours to use — launch right from the dock and explore the canal at your own pace. Keep an eye on the water. Dolphins have a habit of showing up uninvited around here. Nobody minds.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
When it's time to sleep, everyone sleeps well. The master suite has a king bed, ensuite bath, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower. Guest room one has a queen. Guest room two has a full bed and an electric fireplace — cozy doesn't begin to cover it. Every room has a Smart TV.

NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND: Smoking of any kind will result in a $750 additional cleaning and Ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking.

POOL HEATING POLICY: The pool is heated year-round at no additional charge. The heater runs automatically so the water is ready when you arrive. Please note that pool heating is weather-dependent — when outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F, the heating equipment cannot maintain safe operating temperatures and will be temporarily unavailable. We recommend checking the forecast if you're visiting during cooler months.

Good Neighbor Policy & Noise Monitoring: This home is located in a residential neighborhood, and we ask all guests to be mindful of our neighbors. To help ensure a peaceful environment, we use privacy-compliant noise monitoring technology that measures decibel levels (without recording conversations). If excessive noise or occupancy is detected, our team will receive an alert and reach out with a friendly reminder about quiet hours and maximum occupancy.

NO PETS POLICY: Serenity Cove is a pet-free property. No animals of any kind are permitted on the premises at any time, including during check-in and check-out. Guests found to have brought a pet onto the property will be subject to an additional cleaning fee up to $500 and asked to vacate without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping this home comfortable for all future guests.
