Hardwood floors and lots of light. Blackout curtains available. Perfect for academics, grad students, business, and healthcare travelers. Walk to Boston University, Harvard Medical/Longwood Hospitals, Fenway, and Kenmore.

The space
5-10 minute walk to Metro, both C and the B Green Line. C Line to Cleveland circle. B Line to all of BU campus and Boston College.

7-minute walk to Boston University. 20-minute pleasant walk to Longwood Medical Area, pass by the mansions and the Emerald Necklace to Harvard School of Medicine/Longwood Medical Area (BIDMC, BWH, DFCI, Joslin, Merck, HMS) and other biotech. 30-minute walk or 10-minute trolley to Fenway/ Kenmore.

Short ride to Northeastern University, Boston College, MIT, and Harvard. 5-min walk to metro. 20-min taxi to downtown and airport.

One block from the park and a few of blocks from the nature reserve. Plenty of daytime street parking. Paid overnight parking at nearby dedicated lot. First come first serve paid overnight parking on premises at $160 per month.

Very clean and tidy, very considerate, and independent guests are welcome. No outdoor shoes may be worn anywhere in the home. Shoes must be removed before entry.

Guest access
Shared spaces include a modern full kitchen with new induction stovetop, marble table, and butler's pantry. Original antique clawfoot tub in shared bathroom.

Home is fully furnished . High quality cotton bedding, towels, and other essentials provided for your comfort and convenience.

Marble stairs, wooden details, and mosaic floors in building entryway. Neither pets nor smoking are allowed in the building.

You will have access to your own private bedroom as well as the shared spaces in the apartment, including the bathroom, hallway, living room and kitchen areas.

Any spaces beyond those listed as either private to you, or shared, are completely off limits. You have access to much of a very spacious home.

You will have a dedicated space in the refrigerator and freezer. Dishes and flatware are provided for your use during your visit.

Other things to note
Shared spaces must be kept clean. It is the guests responsibility to promptly and thoroughly clean up after themselves.

Paid overnight parking on premises may be available at $50/night on a first come basis.
There is a very affordable public parking lot option a few blocks from our home, which is recommended.

There are excellent bars and eateries within a very short walk.
There are no good areas to smoke near the building and there is absolutely no smoking anywhere in or on or near the property.

You are responsible for promptly cleaning up after yourself. You are an adult human. We do not have any live-in housekeeping staff.
